It is pathetic laundary in Ghaziabad, I gave me blazer for dry clean, I received shrink blazer with all inner were tear. When I contacted them for the same. They took my Blazer and almost 2 months, they are not receiving my phone and when I call their central helpdesk, they tell they will give call back from complaints dept but never received the same. They wash cloth with local detergent in place of dry clean. Pathetic

I discovered this place a month back and since then I am doing my laundry at the UClean store only. It is cheaper than the other app based laundry services and the representatives are helpful and provide good service. The app is kind of useless though, the UI is messed up and bookings are convenient over the call rather than through the app. The system over all needs little refinement, but it is not bad at all.Minimum order required is 2 KGs and 5 KGs for free pick up and drop. The clothes feel fresh after the wash (if you opt for add on softner). I definitely recommend this one, it is cheap enough for one try at least.
