1. Process is not systematic2. Patient do not get update by when he will be able to get test done.3. I came here at 11:15 am today, for an ultrasound, and waited for 2.5 hrs to get it done, after several followup.4. Staff keep on saying , please wait , your no will come, but we dont know what is my no.5. As a result and as patient I got frustrated and irritated.6. Update of records and ultrasound images to concern doctor also takes too much time.It results in -ve image of the hospital and my confidence valao gets low.Hope, hospital management will take proper measure to improve it.

I had ok kind of experience for my covid vaccination at this hospital. Firstly there was direction guide for parking and I had it myself. No proper waiting area for the people coming for vaccination even the hospital is charging for it. No proper guidelines are provided e.g. we should wait for sometime after vaccination. The software being used at hospital does have the option to update the payee name if I am paying for someone else. Good thing was vaccination done successfully.

If you are planning for Covid vaccination in this hospital then this will be a nightmare for you.Entire private Hospitals in NCR are running this drive in such a nice way however this hospital is completely a disaster.We went for vaccination today and waited for 1.5 hrs. Process is not systematic.Ultrasound takes too long time. Ultrasound Dr. is not available, they even dont have sufficient Ultrasound machine also. After waiting for 3 long hr they are asking to come next day.Pathetic situation. Please dont visit at this hospital. There are many good hospital in Delhi NCR.

Management at places was just not up to the mark, however some services really deserve acclamation... mr vinod in tpa/discharge section really did commendable job... he tackled mob of people with perfection not being loud or rude at any point of time...but hospital has to raise its standards to substantiate their name.

Online appointment are booked even for a doctor who is on leave.Reception staff is not prompt in replying. Keep us waiting.Nursing staff and reception staff in OPD do not know which doctor is present and who is absent so the patient gets confused.I returned without getting consultation after wasting 2 hours.

Nursing staff is not trained, they punctured my brother right hand also and result is, my brother cant use his right hand for next 7-8 days. Went for Covid vaccination the other day 7/29, booked an appointment between the hours of 9 to 10 in the morning. It went smoothly but took a while during the verification/billing process which is understandable. BTW, theres this individual who got upset while waiting (I dont know why, ✌️ I dont understand Hindi) but it was well managed by the personnel assigned. If I may add, its not that organized, the queue is here and there - no social distancing). Kudos to the staff, theyre nice and polite.

No social distancing.I regret why the heck I took an appointment for the vaccination of my 18-year-old daughter at this chaotic, mismanaged private hospital, whilst the city has amazing government centers, where myself and my wife, got vaccinated without any hassle. My bad--why I thought an expensive place would be a good choice for the safety of our loved ones!? Holy moley, we Indians must change the way we look at healthcare, especially by status symbol. This place was so chaotic with no discipline or Covid guidelines being followed there. In the picture, you can see how a naive elderly waited there for 60 minutes amid a huge crowd crammed in a small AC room prone to virus transmission when so many people waited cluelessly how long the hospital staff would take to get their act together. Social distancing sounded like a Hollywood alien to their very rude staff who were ignorant when people requested them to expedite the registration/ payment process and help in maintaining social distancing. Never visit this hospital that unavoidably seems to be looked after by uneducated, unruly management.

Received vaccination at this hospital. Hassle free, no queue...The medical staff assisting vaccination was polite. The vaccine was shown prior the vaccination to assure that it is the specific one that I needed. The team well explained about the dose and other info which usually noone bothers to share...Nice vaccination experience

I visited the hospital for the first time and they asked me to pay 150 as registration charges and 50rs as infection control and prevention charges apart from doctor consultation fees of 700rs. This is absurd. Why do I even suppose to pay registration charges and so called infection control charge? Is this not the hospital duty to be clean. For that also they will take money from patients. What the hell? Why do you even open a hospital? I have never seen in any hospital before that apart from consultation fees we have to pay registration fees as well. And even if there is in some hospitals that is completely baseless. I urge the hospital to stop taking registration fees and infection control fees. Its your responsibility to maintain records of alp patients visiting your hospital. We should not be supposed to pay for that.

Worst Reception service at Columbia Asia Ghaziabad, people sitting at the reception needs to be upgraded and updated, they keep me sitting for hours and after that Sir there is no appointment you need to come tomorrow, this is the situation where you need to keep on coming with a pregnant lady to visit the gynaecologist. Very bad experience. Came to show my son who was having sever ear pain. On contacting the reception on telephone i was told that Dr.Anuj Kumar Goel is available. On reaching hospital we again confirmed his availability and paid the registration charges consultation charges and infection control charges (they said they are sanitising the opd continuously so charges are for that) and waited in the opd. On enquiring we were told that doctor is yet to come (his opd time is 10-11 AM) and we have to wait. At 1045 on asking again they said that doctor will be able to come only at 12 PM if you cannot wait you can leave (Probably because we were the only patient and there were no other patients, so doctor decided not to come.). We asked if there is some other doctor they said there is no other ENT specialist available. We asked for a refund so they refunded only the consultation charges and said that registration charges are non refundable.So they CHARGED US FOR1. WASTING OUR TIME2. MY SON HAD TO SUFFER AS THERE WAS NO DOCTOR AVAILABLE IN THIS BIG CORPORATE HOSPITAL.3. MISMANAGEMENT BY STAFF AS THEY DO NOT KNOW IF DOCTOR WILL COME OR NOT.Better to consult doctor at his private clinic rather than coming to this hospital.

I went for the vaccination when things were not so scary in last week of July. Overall procedure was nice but it could have been quick.One thing which you will not see in govt facilities, they asked to wait for atleast 15 mins before leaving from there. Go get your vaccine.One thing, you need to take care of yourself wear mask and maintain social distancing.

I have visited the hospital 2 times in the recent past.For rtpcr testing and vaccination for covid.I was attended to very nicely by the staff.There was minimum waiting time.Staff was cordial and quick to respond.

Thank u thank u so much.Just a small suggestion which is very annoying as a human, Senior management should not scold junior staff in front of public that is too embracing for us n for him too. Yelling in public will also down ur staff moral down.Second incident a sister came for dressing, May be she was new or doing it first time but Dr was rude with her instead of teaching her, she was also yelling at her n on me also. Being a patient of course I am worried for my body n I want to know more but instead of understanding my situation she said let us do our work in a very inappropriate way. Luckily my husband was not there. For patient dr should be extra careful at the end they r one who will give hope and motivate patient.

No management for vaccination. No lines. No social distancing. No order. Worst experience , visited twice and same scenario everytime. Those who come first as per slot don’t get vaccinated first, anyone who grabs the token and gets ahead in line is getting the dose first. This is a children’s park not a hospital.

One of the worst services that you will encounter at the reception , billing staff is extremely arrogant & rude.Doctors are really nice , most of them, when you talk to them you will realise most of them themselves are fed up of their own billing structure & staff.Almost all doctors see pts in their pvt setups too , its much better to visit them there rather than at this hospital.

I went there for covid vaccine, though it was far from my place but I could reach there via NH24 easily. Parking was available. The staff was very cooperative.The hospital is very clean and the departments are well organized, following all covid standards.

Find a better place to get ur love once treated, they are just maintaining the infra they dont have good doc or staff. Illiterate staff with background from local village they will not listen to u, they are bossy and might thrash u if talk too much.

They make the policies in their own favour only. At the time of admission they take cash or card payment only but when they refund patient excess amount only through cheque. If Patient is paying through cheque they dont accept. Admission department told me they dont accept cheque.

This is good hospital but hospital reception is to much slow if you want vist so you need one hour extra or more or farmacy also need 1 hour for take medicine so avoid this hospital if you have golden time

You have to wait for 20-25 mins when you need help to go to washroom. This happened three times with me, shortage of nursing staff and war boys. After my operation, nurses didnt remove the patches from my chest I reminded them before my discharge. Anasthesia was given to me via spinal cord and it was taped which i relaized after i reached home.

Vaccination area is hygenic social distancing maintened. Hospital staff is cooperative.

Hospital is only interested in vaccinate covaxin opted people even they have not registered in advance. They are encouraging people to get covaxin instead of covishield because they have huge profit of margin in that. Pathetic !

Columbia Asia has been my first choice even after I moved 40 kms further from the hospital’s location because of the highly credible doctors that comprise the hospital’s panel and the availability of all test/checkup facilities in-house. Today again I’ve traveled that far just because this is the most trusted place for my medical / health needs. I consulted Dr. Rajesh (Ortho dept.) & as expected this time too the experience is really superb. Help from Farhat has contributed immensely to my positive review & I can’t ignore the extended support from Radiology doctor as well.Wishing them all the best.

I wish there was an option for negative ratings.The arrangement and systems are pathetic.I had the luxury of getting my first dose at Max Panchsheel park. The process was as follows1. Take a token- Automatic machine2. Individual with a desktop will register3. Make the payment via Google lens or cash4. ATM machine was made available at the counters.5. Move within the building for Vaccination.6. Get vaccinated7.wait for 15 mins and leave.It took me 15 mins from talking the token to getting vaccinated.Situation at Columbia Asia-1. One guy at gate of Emergency handing over paper tokens2.Fill a paper form, where the book has crossed hundred hands3. Wait for your turn. Speed is 15-20 mins for a set of 5ppl.4.No social distancing5. No fans or coolers6.people are waiting in the Sun.7.No arrangements for water8. Its been 1 hour and I shall take another 2 for my turn.

Worst hospital ever visited. We went to get Tetanus shot as we were sure about the cut and the its causes. But their emergency department was rigid to take doctors advice. We agreed to do so but the hights was, they charged doctors advice fee on the name of that doctor who were not present there. Even that shots were given by some nurse and the charges were additional as emergency fee.They are doing nothing just looting the patients.

Recently visited Opthal department of Columbia Asia Hospital . The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff of opthal department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.

Worst TPA desk experience ever. They dont consider your request if you talk with them politely. Had been asking them for resolution of my query as I needed to shift my patient to a private room from an ICU room situated on the COVID floor of the hospital. Had been asking the TPA desk for the same since 11AM.. its now 6PM and no one is listening to me here..Instead those who have 3-4 people with them, or, who are speaking harshly to them are being treated first, even, have been allotted rooms before me!!Does that mean that we have to shout and speak in a loud tone, to make myself heard at your hospital? I had a good experience with Doctors and other nursing staff and management. My father was operated by Dr. Pranjal Pandey. I am quite satisfied with the treatment and the facilities.Dr Pranjal Pandey (neurosurgeon) is one of the best in NCR region. He gives proper attention to all your queries, does his work in a professional manner. He does not force his decision but explains what is best for the patient.

PATHETIC SERVICE .. they committed me that you will get the report after 1 hour ,since morning I am waiting for my fathers ct scan report ,first they disconnected my calls many times and finally they received my call and said department is closed maam please call tomorrow morning.. if something happened to my father who will responsible dont even try them... How can I start my fathers treatment without the reports..
