Fast service provided for me one plus phone... got my display replaced for ₹7850/-. And provided few product information also. But accessories for one plus are not available nor orders cud be taken

Worst service for dell laptop. I have been waiting for hard disk replacement for 4 weeks. Their response is in-adequate. Though it is an authorised Dell service centre, please dont give your laptop for service. Worst response I ever heard in my life :(

I dont know why Oneplus has made this as a authorized service center. It is a very small computer service center situated at busy streets of Gandhipuram, where other big players in cellphone services are also there. Shop opens and closes on its own time. No body receives phone call.

A perfect place for service of laptop, desktop and accessories. They are now OnePlus authorised service center too. Youll surely return with a satisfaction.

Great customer service, plus I had my issue resolved even though I visited on a Sunday.

I visited this place to service my besties OnePlusOne mobile, they told the problem is with the battery. I placed the order for replacement and got it replaced, but later I noticed the battery is not at all charging. Even my previous old battery was working good. I again visited the place to get it replaced. They gave no explanations on what was wrong, and told, we have replaced the battery again with a new one. But now for more than 4 months the battery is working good.Overall, its an Authorised service centre in paper but not in terms of customer service.No chairs or even waiting lounge for customers.Except the manager everyone else are very much careless.

Very bad experience with sri vari computers. They are not repairing laptop properly. They have fixed my laptop display problem and again after some days laptop is not working . When I am trying to call them now they are telling like they doesnt repaired laptop.I didnt understand why dell has given this shop authorised service centre.

I got my OnePlus 3T screen replaced under warranty (had no physical damage). I saw latest gpus from nvidia with them. They can import any computer parts on request ❤️. They know their stuff.

I have been serviced my oneplus 3T mobile for low ear piece volume,they removed dust from ear piece and now it is super fine,but tey charhed me 350rs for this simple one,without bill too.Dont know exactly wat is the cost for cleaning that ear piece.Any how my problem solved.

Their service was good. I got my oneplus 3 screen changed. They pre ordered a screen for me by providing my imei and other details. Then I went their office once it arrived and got replaced within 20 minutes. Payed using my debit card. Costed me ₹8900 for screen change. In Cochin they told me it cost only ₹8000, but they were not ready to preorder the screen without verifying the pgones complaint even if I was ready to prepay the full amount. So I have to go two times to Cochin. Thats why I prefered srivari.BTW, the travelling cost to Cochin or Coimbatore are same for me. Both have equal distance from my home.Their service center doesnt impressed me any way as you can see in the images. May be because the whole locality seemed so. But I am happy I got a pretty new screen. They doesnt sell any accessories of oneplus 3 like the case or pouch etc.. at the time of writing this.

Stupid people wrecked my premium laptop and said its not their fault. Very bad experience.

The service itself was alright but the guy here has an attitude problem. He told me it would take a minimum of 25 days for insurance to approve my claim but that was done in less than 24 hours. And he is not responsive to your queries. Hangs up in the middle of the call.
