They sold a Dell laptop with windows 10 OS and billed for the OS with the Dell Laptop.Actually at the time of delivery they sold a DOS based Dell Laptop and Installed pirated windows 10 OS. With in few months of sales The OS was looking of OS validation.BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE. Bunch of cheats... I thought I bought 305 meter cat 6 cable network cable with them as promised .. I was initially impressed by the nice factor...got doubtful and weighted the cable...as per manufacturing specifications it would supposed to weigh 13.5 kgs.. but in reality it weighted 6.8 kgs.. I heard great things about this place and went to buy a laptop harddisk from them. Maybe the owner mightve put so much effort for the shop, but definetly the staffs were not even hospitable. The staff was actually not interested in selling me the item, rather he told me in a crude manner that if they showed the item to me, then I should compulsorily buy the item. I got suspicious and bought the item from another shop.

I visited this shop for laptop requirement today with my family. And suddenly we realized someone in the shop secretly taking photos of my family in bad ways i guess. We called the shop owner regarding this but he never trusted us. We were in awkward situation and started fighting with them. Finally they showed phone gallery and yes he took photos of my family. We asked what kind of behavior is this but they said some rubbish security reasons. Never step into this shop with your family. They are not normal people. Price not fixed. They saying the price diff for each customer. If the customer know anything about the product then they are saying correct price. Otherwise theyll say more price. And also service too costly. I changed RAM in laptop. Its 5 min work. But they are charging 500 rs. Better go for some other shop. If u r using card payment they are charging 2.5 % extra. What the world we are in. Most of us using cards. Still they are following old type of fraud activities.
