I got connection directly from this telephone exchange even though it took about 3 weeks to setup a connection the speed was promising.But today I am facing an issue of not connecting to internet and I have raised a complaint abut the same and its been 4 business days and the issue is not resolved.I request the staff members to be more responsible regarding existing customers as BSNL is loosing customers day by day.I hope providing this telephone exchange with their own splicing machine and otdr would resolve almost all the issues

It is currently the base for bsnl near ferok.The location have changed and not yet updated in google maps

Went to disconnect broadband due to frequent faults. JTO was proactive and offered options for problem resolution. Decided to give BSNL another chance .Will edit review based on improvement in service.
