Product delivery was delayed by 10 days and now following up for the fixing of detected section from last 3 weeks but no positive response and I was told we dont provide any service in Pune. So be prepared to DO IT YOURSELF for any product or fix if product delivered defected or something broken. Horrible experience.

I have ordered for 27 pair shoe rack. Its been 15 days now...and I am not hearing from them abt my order. There is no response even when I called or whats apped...I have paid in full...and now I am worrying whether I will get my product or not...when I ordered they promised delivery within 12 days... really disappointed on how they respond to the customer...I am changing my ratings to 5....after my concern...proper care is taken to deliver my order. Bought a foldable shoe rack and the folding mechanism of it is really good and unit is very spacious

Ordered one 24 pair shoe rack on 12 Dec 2019 and got it delivered on 2nd Jan 2020. First of all they dont mention delivery time line in product details. And when I called them I was told it will take 2 weeks of time. But they took almost a month. Product seems ok at first glance but the channel, handle and locks used are very cheap. And at one top corner its damaged and it looks like some manufacturing defect they tried to cover. Inside racks are also bent. So my overall experience was very bad.

I had orderd a 27 pair shoe rack on 25-11-2019 on EMI worth rupees 8682 , my 1st installment is already been generated on my credit card and i have not received the shoe rack till now its been 40 days. And now the guy name Nishchay is not answering the calls nor he is replyinh to my messages. An invoice also been provided to fool around customers.
