Sarvome have provided good services in affordable housing.

These are FRAUD grouping , savingthay hava taken advance money from customers saying 22 Floor high but it was 14 floor only , thats how rhey are operating on fasle propaganda

Parking is of 1.3 lakhs but charging point is of 3.5lakhs which on paper is optional,, but they are charging a whopping 5lakh rupees for one car parking with mandatory charging point.. they are here to make money in the name of affordable housing..

Very bad experience, never seen this type of guys, they all are cheater and they have unskilled employees they dont know how to behave with customers and how to speak.This location is near to railway line, customer will face vibration issue and sounds issue that will impact their life. Dont go for this property.

I have visited so many time since last 1 year but I cant see any development for 2bhk. Still they are calling for payment as I have already paid around 5.50L. I just want to see the development in 2bhk plan only after that I will pay the rest amount.. I am scared to pay more amount of money because its already late more than 1year still I cant see any development work for 2bhk

Regarding Parking area : is of 1.3 lac but charging point is of 3.5 lac , it is in favour of Sarvome : plan/made charging point optional in parking area then buyer may think purchase of parking area.

Our experience was very poor for which we did number of mails but no single positive response. It’s being almost 5 months of us requesting for refund as they were unable to provide loan and that’s exactly opposite of what it stands for. Due to this I was unable to pay my daughters’ school fee. I don’t know this happens often to others or not but in my case they never really respond. I am tired of requesting and writing mails regarding refunds but they’re not ready for it without deductions, which I don’t find rational. As I am asking for refund because of their fault.

Area seems very deserted and not so much street light at night... Good for those who have own vehicle

Sarvome affordable flats sector 45.These flats are coming in front of railway line plus right now you can see gap between railway lines and builder building but in next few years if more line are coming so, gap will reduce.All and all sounds/noise and vibration are just a gift to you. If you buy these flats.You can buy these flats if you can sustain with the sounds and vibrations that will come to your flat.I think I cant sustain once I am back from my office because at that time I need peace.

Its a Affordable housing project Launched in April 2019.May offer possession in 2022.Project is beautiful according o price range, but railway track is just near to the project so buyers may face problem of honking and vibration of train.The facilities they are offering is better than the other affordable homes.But whatever images they are showing is not true.The images are of their other project.Sample flats are ready and good.Hardy itll take 5 min to drive distance to reach the project form the near by metro.Overall the project is so nice in this price range.

This housing society is in an initial phase and hopefully should be delivered by another three , three and a half years.The location is good and the new underpass makes it a great location.

Their first project is not yet completed even after 5 years. It will still take 5 years more (Started in 2015 only structure is built in 5 years)Dont expect this another project before 10 years.Dont invest or you loose your money.
