Room was good. Bathroom was very average shower and toilet gun was not working. Room service was good

Had a pleasant stay here when I visited Erode to attend a friends marriage. Good enthusiastic people to help. Simple effective and well maintained facility. In fact we left some things at the hotel, and they were pleasantly helpful to courier back to my address.

Room was a bit small for 2 person to move around. Shower needs a screen to avoid water splashing into water closet. the washroom was very small. The rooms were neatly maintained and yhe service was a plus

I can start off by saying the room was decently sized. They had all the regular amenities, TV, air conditioning, room service on call. One negative was that there was no exhaust fan in the toilet which left a damp stench whenever anyone took a bath. Breakfast was served downstairs in the medium sized dining hall. The waiters had to be repeatedly called to actually come take our order. They lacked the basic skill to serve water and provide cutlery when the food was finally served. Quality of the food was decent, but the papayas were not quite ripe and the vada was not cooked enough to cut with a spoon. On a final note, the managerial staff was well behaved. If the above pointers are taken care of, this can be a neat experience at the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washroom could have been larger and well maintained. Hospitable staff and very accommodative. Have stayed in 5 hotels in Erode and find staff quality the best here

Im a frequent business traveller. ive stayed many times in erode at many hotels, but i was not satisfied with anyone. one of my collegue got me to this hotel this month. a decent place to be with family and calm place for business people. the staff at the reception wer so much good at their responsivness and also the room service who took care of me very well all the 10 days of my visit. breakfast was good they serve south indian food and also cornflakes , oats, bread toast ,omlete and also fruit salad at morning which i felt very good. personal care from the youngster owners takes the hotel to another standard. recomemded for families and business people. im sure they will take care of you also. WEST INN ensures your stay smart. suited caption for them.

Hospitality is superb. I missed my specs during my buisness stay in the hotel but the staff were so kind enough that they were ready to courier it even after 2 days. This was a great kind, jesture on behalf of the staff there. Thank you friends.

We stayed overnight...the location is central and easily approachable...within 5 minutes from the bus stand...the rooms are spacious though the bathrooms can be upgraded a bit..Staff are courteous and service is prompt

There are no paid channels available on the tv they are providing only free tata sky channels to us. that is the only thing i found very bad.. because we are paying so much and they cant provide all channels. ok
