Even though the doctor is very efficient as a perfect dermatologist, she lacks behavior... Her etiquette is too worse so as her staffs... A person can be high, but thats respected only when ones attitude is down to earth.. Expecting a Boomerang at least once in life time!

Doctor is great in her work.But poor in appointment time. Staffs ask to come me on 10.30 but my token to see doctor at 12.00 .Nirmala madam is famous and best in and around Erode

Please make your purse hefty with cash as there are no digital transactions .. the doctor fees are minimal and pharmacy billes are hefty .. this is the business pattern which this doctor follow.. if you look the trend, these medicines are usually monopoly where no one sales within the district or city and u are forced to purchase from them..The next notice if u look ,they dont seem to be have popular brand and its local made one where margin of mrp higher or equal to international brands.. please note these are generic medicines..Note normally the margins of mrp are usually shared to the respectives either via cash or with favourable needs... where they make the sales .. its basically a white collared sales officer for the respective companies ..I respect the knowledge and treatment they do but the ethics and transparency are certainly missed..

Dont go there, worst behaviour of staffs. We got an appointment through phone at 10:30. Arrived at 9:00 but the patiens came after us without any appointment are allowed to consult before us. You may think policeman are rude to public, but nurses in here are the rudest I have ever seen. Lazy as a pig, talking as a dog.

Best for skin care ,Im posting this review after a month , I went there for my pimple problem and some skin allergies ,now my face is completely free from pimples and my skin is healing 😊

Worst experience I had ever seen. Behaviour of staffs were worst. Especially that guy whos work in front desk was disappointed. Yes this is pandemic situation but he behaves rude to elders. He thinks he is army officer. Other wise Dr nd her treatment was amazing. The hospital admin must concentrate on the front desk.

Genius in medical science makes it wonderful experience with her gentle way of taking. After visiting many skin doctors finally got relieved of my skin problem by taking treatment under Dr.Nirmala devi. Her good behaviour makes you feel comfortable and she gives you more time to listen your problems...would suggest my friends and family to visit her clinic for their skin problem.

Worst clinic I ever went to, couldnt put review without a star. There are many things which I didnt like1. Theyre giving appointment time and if you go on time also you have to wait for nearly 2 to 3 hours before seeing the doctor.2. Theyll get the money once you go there and tel them you have come. And obviously you have to wait before seeing the doctor.3. Theyre getting lots of patients and the drinking water theyve is normal tap water not RO and not mineral water.4. The nurses dont even care about you and your problems, if you want to leave you can leave5. WORST THING which I didnt like there is, in doctors room only patient can sit in a stool which was available. The person accompanying them have to stand the whole time.6. The doctor doesnt write the prescription, nurse who sits inside the room writes it for her.She thinks herself as GOD... THE WORST

I used the medicine they gave me for a year.. I do not have pimples until using the cream.. After I stopped the medicine, the pimple started coming back😞😔😔

Very good doctor and efficient in her job. If the staff are rude so are the patients and their relatives. We come here trusting efficiency of Doctor and not for to be treated like hotel guest. If you go to a busy doctor you are bound to get delayed & if you can wait in a theatre que for one hour to see the rubbish why cant you wait for your treatment

Dr nirmala devi mam, rootz m5 60ml bottle ..old mrp-441and new mrp-648 ..both have same dosage and same medicine or they differ each other?pls explain me..my hair health is under your clinic since 2011..

I cant give a Zero Star, so I have given One...Pathetic, Horrible, Worst, etc.First of all, you are not allowed to use the lift and the watchman in the basement is rude with customers.Second, we have reached at 10:15am for an appointment at 10:30am, wherein we have been asked on why we have come in so early?!!!!?!!!... So, I got to know that we have to wait for 3-4 hours....No parking available. So, many nurses in the premises but none are courteous to the customer.Its a nightmare to consult here...

Worst behaviour of the staffs and Nirmala Devi doctor . They will not let you know how much time you need to wait. Also they didn’t follow any order for consulting. I have raised the concern then and there as I was waited more than 2 hours (enquired front desk 3 times for my slot and the only answer am getting from them is 30 mins) so the staff trying to communicate the same to doctor but the doctor reply was shocking. She is shouting from inside her room saying I don’t have interest to give medication which I heard luckily from outside. I was seriously shocked by her kind reply & reaction. I left the place without collecting my money. Though Not sure about the quality Of consultation still won’t suggest to anyone.

* one of my friend suggested this clinic. Very worst behaviour from receptionist. They are rude and will not tell you the correct timings.Very worst treatment plan I got it from the doctor nirmala. Very expensive . She will make things exaggerated and I am literally afraid to do the further treatment . I came back to my native tirupur and consulted other doctor (dr.elangovan)which the treatment was so good with very simple procedure.*do not waste your money. Very very worst. Actually I had acne and dandruff problems . Her medicines gave me a better results after I left using the medicines .The effects are adverse and now I have gained more problems related to dandruff and acne

Attenders are very ride to patient...iam not suggest this clinic..The nurses are not responsible they wont tell the correct time when the doctor will come...we have to wait for a long time....Very expensive fee....dont choose this...They tell to go for a blood test for all patients and they wont give responsible to any patient....I hate this....Nurse means be polite but they wont give that to patient...So please think before choose this clinic...
