The delivery in charge Rajkumar was quite adamant about the delivery due to me. He wanted me to walk up to a distance of 1/2 kilometer of motorable road to deliver the medicine package. When I said I could meet the van halfway on the road, he said ,quite rudely, then in that case he will deliver on Monday only as the van was fully loaded. His voice was rude and agitated. We dont expect such rudeness in service. And, in these Covid times he wants us to come out on to the roads and expose ourselves unnecessarily. Even ordinary stores and vendors deliver to the doorstep to follow government orders on safety.

Friendly staff. Fast delivery before given date. Only courier service is offering fast, reliable service to Northeast States of India. 4 to 5 days delivery. Little expensive but worthy

I am really upset with the kind of service that DTDC erode is offering .I am waiting for my parcel and they have not delivered and on top of everything they have updated in the portal as delivered. This is ridiculous .When I called them to ask about the issue the response is disappointing .They have charged Rs 100 it for delivery and the service is poor.

They have updated the fake status as delivered..But not yet reached the customer

Worst service...not answering call...
