Did not like the way the denied delivery to my place stating that our premise was closed. At least the person in charge responded to my phone calls and guided me to get there to collect my parcels myself. I am glad I was able to have my childs supplies on time. I would give a 0 rating. Since 0 is not in the option giving a 1. Better dont do this business, purely unfit. Always having delivery issues, they dont deliver on the date and they dont call. At EOD i get customer asked for later. Cheaters. This time it says delivered, i have not got the package.

The direction shown here is correct. Since they are running short of man power dont expect your delivery to be on time or for them to pick your calls. They have a lot of backlog to clear. If your order is sent via their service, its better to collect them in person.

For 5 days, they could not do a local delivery. They are giving false information in portal that we requested evening delivery and that we were not available at home. If we call the number mentioned, they never pick up. Mine was a medicine order. Yet it was delayed a lot. Still not delivered.

My courier parcel arrived before 10 ten days from boodmo spare parts to ERODE but the courier person never called me but stated that I want evening delivery closed the report this was happening more than three times .so please be careful if you are ordering in boodmo online ther was no fault in boodmo side but the courier partner in ERODE was them so please be careful and make confirmation through which courier they going to send.

Worst courier .The delivery man of Erode not contacted me in phone or direct and simply kept the parcel in their office for one week and told faulse report of not available of customer. The parcel is returned by them and due to this I have loss Rs 999.I also report to their office by email and no response.

Poor Services. Continuous order has been placed from the Meesho and delivery with Express Bees. Out of 4 order, one order the courier guys opened and he used and update the status as delivered to customer. Branch: Gobichettipalayam, erode dist, Tamilnadu. He is talking very rudely to the customer when i asked for the missed courier. Still 2 more delivery is pending, which he is not willing to deliver it.I need solution from the expressbess. Else am going to raise an police complaint on the particular branch and the person.

But it will not move from the erode branch even for 10 kms.Other couriers services try to find a way to deliver the parcel. But Xpress bees people work overnight to see a way, how not to deliver a parcel with false information.
