Dont pay online for appointments. They said it was processing so I should pay cash again. The transaction was successful later but they never refunded. No proper response for messages. Im tired of writing to them.

I did lasik treatment last month.Now I am fine with my vision. I came for Lasik surgery and dr. Abirami clearly explained the various methods. I chose PRK and operation was done painlessly by her. I came to hospital for Lasik surgery enquiry. I met @ Dr.Abhirami. She explained different methods of Lasik in a very clear and simple way. I was confused with PRK and Smile surgery. The way she explained made me and the genuineness I felt in her talk and explanation made me opt for Smile. She is nice doctor to get consulted. The reason of me opting smile and getting the operation done from eye foundation was because of genuiness and family doctor feeling I felt after talking to her. I have approached the hospital for cataract operation for my grandmother , a year back and now for my mom , the way of approach and hearing our complaints are on the top par. The operations and procedures are crystal clear. No mess or fuss. Really respect the way of handling patients. Not only the doctors but also the receptionist,sisters , cashier , medical shop rep everyone is polite and did their duty well.
