Service is very poor. if we complaint something about the poor service they will simply telling that our staff tried to reach you but your mobile is switched off for all the time . its too funny as i never switched of my mobile. The Loan Amount paid before 1 month and still shows as adjusted amount and getting the outstanding amount as well. if you ask regarding the same they will tell as its an automated job and will be cleared but 30 days gone. i dont when the jobs will run and next month is my last EMI hence i will only suffer. the Bank or staffs are didnt realize our concern and they were not eligible for service. one Axis staff suggested to open account in another bank while asking the poor service. That is the real face of Axis Bank. surely i close and reopen account in another bank after my Loan Compilation. suggesting the same as dont use Poor Bank. Even wont ready to give single Star but there is no option.
