I went to this branch to raise NPS account. They clearly explained the process and asked me to come back with necessary documents. There was no delay and bank representative clarified all my doubts in 10 minutes.

Too worst customer service..... I was asking some doubts about our credit card bill so im asking doubts to hdfc bank staffs they are not answering properly... They give only customer care number.. I tried to call customer care number they also not picking my call only computer voice... How can asking doubts to computer voice????? Too worst

This is the worst branch I have ever seen in HDFC.

Account balance is too high but cash deposit point is here available

Used to be great people 3 or 4 years ago but now it is horrible not very good customer service.

Hdfc bank this Branch located in busiest Sathy road Opp to Erode Bus Stand , Busy Road Busy Public and Busiest Staffs . No Proper two wheeler Parking Facility Here, and Always Bank Customers Parking on the Road ... Heavy traffic Making Customers , No Proper Guidance and Security......
