I had a small bend in my frame, so I went this shop for getting it fixed earlier this day. They said its a bit risky to fix it cuz there is a chance of getting the frame broken. But I kid you not they fixed it and returned it to me, good as new within 5 mins. When I was trying to make the payment, the manager/owner told me that its totally free of cost and that they dont charge for service. Please note that I didnt even buy my glasses from here, so I insisted several times to accept the payment, but they politely declined. I even tried to tip the guy that repaired my glasses but he also refused to take the payment. We know how much the economy and small business owners are suffering due to this ongoing pandemic, so naturally everyone tries to squeeze out the customers showing up. Lens & Frames on the other hand surprised me with their kindness. And I sincerely appreciate that, thank you so much for your kind service!

Very bad customer service. They are only interested in customer who purchase very expensive lenses and frames, other are just neglected or made to wait for a long time. But the quality of lenses and frames are excellent

The frame will be available at an affordable price. The lens & frame are cheaper than what I was looking for in other optical shops (vasan eye care).
