Cheating the customersRecently I have brought a laptop from forereun , but after 6 months its display got white spots, so when i contacted the staff named manu he didnt give me any reply . Also when i checked the acer website it is saying that the warranty has expired but the laptop was only 6 months older then how the warranty will expire , simply cheating the customers

One of the best shops in Kochi, you get all the new computer hardwares at the best price. If you think for upgradation of your old PC,take estimate amounts from your local shops and take estimate from forerun and find the price difference. You get it in better price and quality stuff. I purchased ryzen 5 3400G,MSI B450 VDH Plus Motherboard and other stuff, they done BIOS setup and OS installation without charging extra cost. If your going to purchase AMD series it is the best Shop.

Employees seem too busy to attend to a customers. When i call them they just pick up the phone and not say a word, when you say hello they reply with the equivalent of what do u want . Besides lack of basic manners, I Called them up multiple times on different numbers but they just kept transferring me from one dept to the other, One salesman was rude enough to keeep me on hold for a while and then just hang up. I would give 0 stars for that kind of service, but unfortunately google doesnt allow that.

No body ever picks up the phone. Not customer friendly. I went there asked for a quote and was left waiting for 4 minutes.

These guys just dont provide the right kind of support. I had bought many desktop from this place thinking they are the best after which I felt cheated and dissapointed that it was the worst decision to buy products from forerun.I had visited more than ten times to rectify complaint of a system bought from there. They are only interested to push their products and never expect further customer service from their side. Pls stay away from this kind of worst team who are only interested to make money at any cost without valuing time of customers.

The staff here is awful. They dont listen to your requirements. If you ask for a price quote theyll jut read the rates from their mind and you have to bring paper and pen to write it down or youll have to memorise the price!!! Good luck with that. If you request them for a written quote theyll turn down your request saying they dont have time for this. Well they do have all the hardwares you need to build a PC. This is a good computer shop with wrong staff. Every other computer shops in the city treats you good.
