I have found them to be extremely efficient sincere and very reasonable. Its a one stop shop and you will never regret using their services. Its a service level you find very rarely these days.

Called them to repair washing machine. Not only they replaced a working part without reason, they also charged a high price. And didnt repair the real problem. Their service charge also was too much. After that they never pick up the call.

I would give them 5 out of 5 stars, as they are very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I called them for repair my washing machine, even while on this corona time they sent the technician on time and he was equipped with all the spares and tools required, i have seen alot of technicians who doing job without enough tools and spoiling expensive parts but UTS is totally different, they uses right tools and testing equipments and finishes their job so quickly and very neat. For sure i will refer them to any of my friends and relatives.

Pathetic service. They seem all polite while calling them for repair. But in reality they dont know a single thing about repairing. Called them for washing machine repair and without figuring out what the actual issue is, they changed one valve and charged 750/- for the part and an additional 750/- as service fee! Not even doctors charge such a high fee for something this simple. On top of that the issue was not even related to the valve they replaced. I tried contacting them again multiple times afterwards since the issue was still there. But they never picked up the call. Even when they do, theyll tell a guy will be sent for checking, but no one will ever show up - basically because they dont know what has to be repaired! Easy as that. Such a fraud service! Never fall for their soft spoken skills. Later I had to call another service provider who fixed the issue for just 300/- in total. These guys are just ripping people off.

I had booked UTS for repair my washing machine, and it was highly appreciable that they have sent their technician on time and to my surprise they came with all the tools and spare parts which required and my machine got fixed in an hour and the guy is very friendly, excellent work. Thank you!

Very bad service. I called a plumber. He charged me 7000 Rs and after that the line is leaking still. They dont respond to phone calls also. Very bad service
