This allnet store is fantabulous. I took my almost broke lenovo laptop here for service and this is what happened. They actually and factually told me the exact price of each component before the repair itself. Their service is so transparent. Will make a buy the next time I guess 🧐

Strongly recommend to check all ports and peripherals before take back the item otherwise have to suffer.Very bad servicing and customer caringAlmost taken 2 months to repair a laptop. Reported issue was resolved within in one month but while checking in receiving the laptop after repair, found internal speaker is not connected and sound not getting. Again they took one month to resolve the issue.

Great service every single time!Ive been to this service centre many times over the past 3 years for various upgrades on my laptop and my wifes laptop. Every single time I have been honest opinions and transparent pricing and viable alternative options. Ive never ever felt that Ive been pushed to buy anything that I do not need.During all my visits I was attended by Pavitra who knows what shes talking about and gave me honest suggestions. Ask for her advice and you wont be disappointed.

I have purchased a LEGION laptop from Allnet Solutions. The original system comes with 8GB ram and I told them to upgrade to 16GB and also clearly mentioned that do not do windows setup. After upgrading memory, the system is not properly closed and Windows 10 setup is done. I purchased may higher-end systems in a short span of time and on 27/08/2020 again booked for an AMD laptop and I kept a 50% deposit and promised delivery on the same day. When my lady staff and her husband went to collect laptop their Obron mall showroom the ordered item is not available and not only that teased the persons too. Now COVID 19 situation all business firms are trying to get more customers and give maximum customer support, were as ALLNET give no proper support or not keeping promises. If anyone have any plan to purchase goods or service from ALLNET think many times. DO NOT PUT YOUR NECK ON THEIR KNIFE.

Do not give laptops at there! They create problem manually.worst service, they estimated high cost ,that’s why I bring laptop from there, and they shorted at my laptop board And this informed by my technical friend!!
