Worst service centreI have booked my case for display issue then after 10days service engineer came and collect the laptop from meThey told within 10days will repair and giveAfter days no response and no one picking a callThen moved from customer care they only helped me to reach service center,Reasons they have told.spare is not available.Case not approvedThen case approved still spare is not availableFinally spare receivedAfter one month they serviced the laptop and given to me.But they installed wrong display❌My default display is glassy finishThey installed mat finishNo smooth, clarity not there...Totally disappointed

I own an H.P Pavilion and I came here to get paid services. I ca.e there on my Enfield Electra Motorcycle. The staffs where so rude. They mocked me by saying their place is only for Car owners.

The worst place in the world.This is a honest name for the place since it gave me the worst experience in my life recently . I went in with my family last week to buy a laptop . My family including my 16 yo sister , Guy named Tony who seemed nice but later on his behavior towards ladies wasnt an soothing one . He began to touch without her consent and was staring in an awkward manner. When we began to notice he stopped doing all that and assigned a another sales person .. obviously we said no and walked out . Such a bad place to buy computer . I dont suggest you go there

Please Dont chooi this service center for heavens sake. I had a terrible experience with them. Went there last month to service mu lap. Gave my lap inside. Waited outside for 2 hours. No one came to attend me. Then I asked the status in the front office . Then suddenly a boy appeared from inside telling me that motherboard is having a complaint. At that moment itself I could sense that they are lying.Anyway I went back with my acknowledgement. I called them after 2 weeks only to hear their cross talking over the phone for a long time.. they were asking each other who was servicing my laptop !then again I called and the service in their abruptly told that it is irreparable.So today I am again waiting here to take my laptop back.For heavens sake, dont step into this premises.

This is one of the best computer showroom in Ernakulam. The best collection of laptops and Pcs. But the their customer service is the best. I have took a laptop 6 years before and which worked without any issues till last month. suddenly its board faild given 2-3 other service centers nearby. But when I contact HP world kadavanthra and they have serviced it perfectly. They have experienced staffs and reasonable price.

If ur laptop must be opened via screw driver they wont use screw driver they will open it using the wrong way and ur lap will be damaged.

I bought a battery for my computer here on 15th August, 2020 and when I asked to see it working they plugged it into a power socket for 30 mins, but my computer battery just did not charge. They insisted that it will work and sent me home saying it will work if charged over night. The battery cost me Rs.5500.From then on it has been a mad ride of phone calls (where I have to repeat my story each time a new person picks up and I have had 2-3 people picking up each time!), not to mention that I have come here every day weekend since! I am unable to come on weekdays.Now today I called and asked for them same and after 3 rounds of people finally someone asked me to come in the afternoon. I said I will come at 2 PM. And since then I have been waiting here. They went to get the battery from wherever it is stored after I came!This is a lousy place and IS NOT A GENUINE SERVICE CENTRE of HP

It takes a lot of time for a simple work.And they do some jugaurd work in their bills.For a laptop keyboard replacement, they charge 1500/- where they only will give a bill of 1000/- and when I questioned they says 500 is service charge!!That too not mentioned in bill.It takes two screws to remove the keyboard and to need to plugin the new one. Thats the only work.

It was the most worst experience that I received from HP World Kadavantra. Really bad costumer service. I gave my HP pavilion laptop for a service as it was dead and I couldnt figure out the reason. They said they will service on the mother board and will find out. Later they said that the mother board should be replaces as they are not able to service the mother board and it will cost 10k to 12k...it can varies upto 15k. I told them to proceed and it took around one whole month for them to tell me that the mother board which is matching to my system is not available in the market. My laptop is not even 5 years old.I collected my laptop from them and gave it to other service centre and that guy told me that some components of the mother board are missing and because of that it is short.So guys please dont ever give your laptops here if you are looking for a service.

To buy laptops it is ok ,yet the service center costs much higher price buy removing the tag of service charge ,for ex if you want to repair your laptop keyboard which costs about 1100 while buying online,hp world service center charges about 2200 in a total for the repair ,and they say the price is inclusive of all service charges

Bought one i5 laptop from HP world(Sheejas IT mall) near elamkulam church, Cochin. It was an awesome shopping experience. Its a well maintained store with neat display of HP products. The sales guy over there is having excellent product knowledge and is very professional. Also they have offered me a very reasonable price. I am really satisfied. The only negative i have noticed is that; even if the store is very visible and accessible, parking infront of the road is bit difficult during busy hours.

Utter worst service for laptop. I have changed my laptop keyboard for 1850 rupees for 3 moths warenty.With normal use in the 6th month keyboard stopped working.When check with staff they give me a reason that electronic devices can be stop working anytime so I have to give the same amount to fix the issue.I have see there written like HP service center seems like fake.Please go to a proper service center and dont waste your time and money.
