Good and fast service. However issue is parking. There is no parking available.

Happened to vist the Crocs MG road showroom yesterday for an service enquiry for my #Citilane roka slip on smoke/white men shoe.the staffs attitude( Mr.Anwer/cashier) was like I got in to wrong place for repair works , he started to tell me that the product was out dated to the market and bad quality , they provided service to only products bought from their store . On top of the note I bought the original crocs and facing this bad service from a local Crocs brand showroom staff.. with this attitude towards customer I dont think they are selling anything to me again. Really very unhappy with the kind of bad experience I got from the crocs Mg road Ernakulam showroom.#unhappy customer.

The Products are absolutely upto to their worth..but i bought a clog worth ₹3000, its strap wore off within a week..they said it was a common problem before i bought it and that it will be fixed within no time without any charges and offered me 1 year replacement offer.. but when i approached them for its repair after a week, the staff showed their real nature turns out to point me guilty of damaging the product and said its too late for repairs and that it feels like an year old or two.. at last i had to show them the receipt of my purchase to convince them.. they with hesitation agreed at last and returned the product after 2 week, the next day it wore off again.. So guys what i feel is its better to not spend on anything from this store..i am absolutely disappointed with their service and i do promote the company products..so guys look for any other Crocs Showroom other than this one...

They did not have stock of the Pacer Sneakers. They had a lot else. Not the sneakers with laces.
