Really wonderful in-store experience in Vytilla as we utilized the Store pickup feature and also tried no contact billing at the counter which is extremely good where you put all the things in one basket, which would immediately scan and display the rates on the screen, use payment via Card/gpay and check out. Good use of tech and friendly staff behaviour. Car parking facility is spacious, but have little feedback to make some shade so that vehicles dont burn out under the sun, preferably with trees with sitting spaces would be awesome. Just a thought. Social distancing well maintained. Very well maintained and friendly staff. We need to give name and number at the entrance and entry time will be informed via sms. Average waiting would be 30 to 45 in heavy rush. It would be better to visit before 6 as gate closes at 6 eventhough shopping is allowed till 7 taking into consideration the 45min waiting time.

A very vast store offering a huge variety of sporting equipments ranging from ping pong balls to tents, canoes and cycles. The staff is always very helpful and professional. The pricing of the products are very competent. Most of the stuff I have bought from here have been very durable. I visit this place even for clothing. It has something for everyone.

Worst customer service and cycle free service. Kindly go to some other branch.2 days back I went to Vytilla branch for my cycle service and its a free (what they are prompting as 999 free service) kindly dont trust it, since they will just do the air check, and pour the chain oil without cleaning it. Within 5 mts my cycle service is done (what a super fast delivery).They are not clean the cycle and done the free service just sake of it.I am thinking for air check up and chain oil is going to cost 999? If you are not ready to do the free service then dont do it, its a waste of time for you and the customer.Pathetic service, worst customer service.Bad experience.....Kindly go if you have more money, time and patience for getting just sake of it customer service and dont care attitude of Vytilla branch.Updated review:As per the Decathlon customer service request, on the same day (within 30 mts) I shared my mobile number to reach me but no one contacted yet, thats why I mentioned they are having continuing the customer worst service. As good as any other Decathlon. Except that staff responsiveness and attentiveness here can vary depending on whether theyre chatting up amongst themselves or in the right mood. Also, queries on where an item is located gets you annoyed looks from the staff - youre so uncool if you dont know where it is / are here at Decathlon for the first time.

Nothing bad about products, staff seems a bit arrogant like some college professors, was checking out something and someone told me not to break anything. Weirdo.

First things first! Always help the customers. Almost all the employees doesnt want to assist you with things. Lucky for me i found a really nice employee who assisted me and told me where to look for certain things. Other than him none of them wants to help. Another thing that i have an issue with are the sizes. I was looking for track pants and there basically nothing for people who are tall.. Large, XL and even XXL has the same length which doesnt meet the requirements of people who are more than 6 ft. Utter disappointment.

It is a one stop destination for all your sporting and fitness requirements. Situated in NH Bypass and is very easy to reach. Have a big parking space Infront just like any other Decathlon facility. It used to be very economical but off late most of the items are very expensive. Staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. You can use the app either to place your orders online, deliver to home or pickup. You can even use the app for checkout during in-store shopping as well.

I would say this place is heavens for any sports person or even any one who wants something thats related to tour, sports, gym, etc. They have coats, jackets, thermals, bicycles, gym equipments, swimming equipments, athletic accessories, and what not everything you look for. Dont go the decathlon shop for fishing items.Very bad experience got frm the staf side today evening.. Buying time the staf telling me 2year warranty on the prodect that time Im buy a 3200-/- road.. After damage today Im visit the decathlon but staf telling me this time no warranty get lost frm the shop very bad attitude frm the sales mans i dont know the staf name 2staf member telling me all decision frm his side get lost u dont get warranty on this product.. But my other 2 frends also buy this product and get same issue that time decathlon replace and get the warranty but i dont get the warranty and very bad attitude got from the staf side... Decathlon staf asking me telling him to complaint that time telling me u just visit small repair shop not ready from there u cut ur road then use ur road its not posible. Staf jocking me also.. Dont buy anything from here. Staff are rude and harsh, not having time to attend a customer and explain about the product. All items are overpriced and cheap. The 2 year warranty is for name sake. They will deny the warranty by explaining some blunder story. For a better product and professional approach visit the under armour store instead of wasting your valuable time to purchase these footpath quality products. A small piece of advice to decathlon employees is that you guys reach to the reality that you are a sales man and selling the sports products instead of having a feel that you guys are an athletics.

I had an issue with a BTWIN cycle that I had bought online from Decathlons website. Ajeesh (Excuse me if I spelled it wrong) , A staff from this store was assigned to resolve my issue and I must say I have been mighty impressed with the way he dealt with the issue. His expertise is above par and his attitude was brilliant. Ajeesh was always available on phone and at times even went out of his way to help. He might not have been able to resolve the issue but he did all he could and I applaud the effort. People like him make you think that you were right in choosing Decathlon.

Going from a 4 star rating to a 2 star based on a cycle purchase experience.Quality of cycle- 2/5.Professionalism of the cycling team- 2/5Had issues at the head tube- steerer tube area with an unacceptable play and the specialist said because I was rocking the cycle holding just the front brake and if I held the back brake, it wouldnt be there! After swapping it with another cycle, this issue wasnt there and now the specialist, just asked in a condescending tone whether my issue was resolved with this piece... Knowledge and Professionalism?The most humble and robust v-brake needed about 20 minutes of talk and repeated iterative requests to get it tuned. And one time, he popped out the outers, dropped in a few drops of oil, and popped the outers right back in without wiping off the excess oil that I had to ask an extra tissue from him to wipe off the excess oil from the frame myself. Poor quality of the parts combined with inexperienced and non courteous mechanics.The front wheel reflector pops out 3km into the ride back while cruising on the highway. Chipped paint(not just a scratch!) when a technician accidentally dropped an Allen key onto the frame. I had to return back to the store midway because one of my prepaid accessory was not transferred into the swapped cycle. One of the technician was (kind) enough to pull out a front reflector from another cycle and handed it over to me. On requesting to assemble it properly, I was directed to the service bay, where an off-duty staff probably, clipped it onto my front wheel. On a request to double check a proper seating due to the reflector mishap half an hour back, he casually proclaimed that it just stays between the two spokes and it has only that much strength and it could pop out if ridden on bumps. Poor quality, poor QC.For them it may be just another sale, but for me it was a gift for my parents and only for the want of my expecting parents at home did I persevere through this 2.5hrs (despite coming in focussed to just get the ST20 low S frame and return home asap) and not return it and catch a cab home empty handed. To the unaware customer the faulty piece wouldve been sold with the untrue rear wheel and a misaligned brake who wouldve taken that to be the ST20s stock configuration- pity!Regarding process- one has to get ones desired parts prepaid before getting it even assembled. Thats a bit unreasonable also because it wasnt the case in the other Decathlon stores Ive visited- this is my 3rd in-store Btwin purchase for my friends and family in 2021.Overall- not a kind of experience that one will want to look forward to while shopping for a bicycle.

Decathlon was a revolution when it opened in vytilabecause before that we have never experience a complete sports shop in Kerala where we can come and experience what it is actually. When we enter there we will definitely feel a positive energy. Great customer service with fantastic guidelines, they are very good with the products out there,they know exactly what we need and they will do it accordingly to our need. One best thing which I have felt is that we can experience what we are looking for like if you are looking to the bicycle and you are passionate about bicycle riding you can have a test drive on bicycles are available in Decathlon likewise if you are a table tennis player there you can have the best racket for tennis table and also balls for that.and if you are looking for a roller skates skateboards there you can try it out.You can have a large variety of products over there from in between good price ranges from low to high. Sale has been so adaptive to corona situation by providing no touch payment facilities. You can pickup the item, scan and pay and doesnt have to stand in a queue. Evening hours are pretty busy, better if you have time to visit during the day. Great customer service. Value for money products. However I wonder whether the staff can sit or relax between business hours. If not, its exhausting to stand all round the day.

An excellent place for all the sports gear and camping activities. Staff is very helpful and they have experienced people to advise the beginners in what equipment to buy in case you are ever in doubt. They have introduced an app by which u can pay without even standing in the line. There is ample parking space and it truly feels international.

Bought treadmill T540C in September. We were not using it regularly and now we started using it for past one month. Treadmill is giving lot of noise while running and while running above speed 8 regularly I am slipping. Feels like the platform we run is not moving sometimes which causes us to loose balance. Not expected something like this for a product which costs 52k. We have bought so many other small stuffs from there but for an expensive item I will never recommend decathlon.

Had a bad experience yesterday. I wanted to buy a rain coat for this rainy season and went to decathelon. It was 5:15 pm and the guard gates refused to let me in stating they are closed. Sure the timing was 9 am-5 pm but still there were customers inside shopping and they were not closed. Only that they wont let anyone in anymore. Seeing that made me sad as i rode about 25 kms to get there.They could have given some consideration, even the govt protocol says opening time can be 9-7 ☹️

I have bought a kalenji watch from decathlon. Watch got some issue so I contacted the staff.They helped me out very politely and replaced it.Thankful to the staff and decathlon.
