I bought two pants during the discount sale but both of the pants got damaged right after the second or third wash. I dont wear those pants when I go out because the seam at the back is getting weaker and weaker after every wear and I dont know when its going to ripped.I wouldnt recommend Celio mainly because they dont even have a proper customer service team to listen to our issues. I tried reaching out to them via twitter and Instagram but I didnt get a response from them.

I had visited this shop twice to remove my phone number from their database. I was receiving lots of unwanted SMS from Celio. But the staff acted rude and did not help.Even before this, i had bought a jacket which damaged within 1 month of usage. They didnt even help to repair it. Celio provide 6 months of assurance otherwise. But all are just promise only.
