I have read many negative comments, but staffs area really nice and helpful. Process takes bit longer due scanning the documents. All over good experience.

The staffs are very professional and friendly approach, my kids were experiencing too cold because of low temperature in the room, they asked us about chilling tolerance and turned off the AC.

S & T Arcade is the name of the building. But for the customers who will search for VFSO little difficult to point out location.For all visa processing first take appointment through online process. Once date is confirmed you can be on time. For any doubt during application filling you can approach nearby person shown in attached photos which will help you a lot.Office will work only from Monday to Friday 10 to 5.

Simplifies Visa Procedures To All Countries...

Parking is main problem, for New Zealand Visa counter number 3 and 4.Counter 3 & 4 not working always, The girl busy with phone. other two counter 1 & 2 no rush.Washroom has to be cleaned.Dont expect a a big office, even in office no extra space only we can sit. there is no place for sorting document or fill the forms.

The place is nice but there is no space for parking. The place is somewhat far from the main road so it is not easily noticeable from moving traffic. Also we will find it difficult to find this place even if it is on the road side. Actually its the place for visa application for the countries UK, Ireland, Thailand/Turkey and Australia. But it is not mentioned in the marker.Please note: If you are coming for the morning 8:30 it will be difficult to find an opened photostat shop. But there is a shop named Shiza tours and travels at the left side of this building which will be useful to everyone.Inside the office everything is good and excellent. The staffs and services are outstanding. Everything is well arranged and managed also have very good security check.

My experience at New Zealand visa center was very good.

Good and friendly staffs....Well behaved security people.... Good infrastructure... Overall it was a good experience...Use Google map to reach the proper building because a lot of visa offices are present in the same road... try to reach a bit early

I dont ideally want to repeat what other reviewers have already said, but am forced to: parking is a real issue on Kurisupally Road where this building is located. Its better to park probably on Alappatt Cross Road. The staff are reasonably friendly and cooperative. I went there for my passport renewal and although their appointment confirmation email advised me not to turn up more than 15 minutes before the appointment, I ignored that and got in 30 minutes earlier: no problems. The security guy does a body metal detector check and asks you to open and show all contents of bags. The waiting area for visas and passports are separate. Reasonable seating capacity for applicants ONLY. Clean toilet facilities available. Entrance and exit doors are separate so it makes the area less congested.

A joint visa application centre for UK, Ireland, Australia, Algeria,Cyprus,Japan,Thailand, Dubai & Turkey. Located on a conjusted road, so parking is an issue. Staff is polite. Service at Vfs is as per token system. Better arrive earlier to get cleared fast.

This arcade provides Visa facilities via VFS global for different countries.For getting a token, youll have to bring your Appointment confirmation letter, Application form and then your proofs.
