Used to be a good place for food but recently Ive had bad experiences. The chubby girl at the front is often very rude when placing an order. Asking something fresh is almost impossible as she has such rude responses every time. I have tried complaining to the owner a few times but they obviously ignore every time and dont care about customer experience. I also got blamed for potentially not being nice to the girl at the front. Their food quality has also declined for the past year. We used to go a lot but have officially boycotted the place and have shared experience with friends as well who have stopped going as well.Work on better customer service and dont blame customers in return.

Great customer service. Person who works on the front desk is professional and courteous. Food tastes good, good value for money. Only issue I have had there is sometimes waiting queue is not super organized. No other issues.

GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS as you would be wasting your money. Got the veggie breyani at $11,99.....all I got was oily colored rice with 4 pieces of overcooked vegetables. Disgusted at lousy quality of meals.

Not authentic Indian order a karahi paneer but it was with lots of gravy eat this kind of karahi paneer first and last time waste of money.

Super quick service. I live 5 minutes from the place and I order right before I leave. By the time I get there the order is ready to go. Cant complain! The food is also good they dont cheap out and save ingredients when making there food, everything is fully and nicely stuffed.

Use to be really good. Now every time we order from here... there is always something wrong with the order. And when called to confront regarding complaints they either make some lame excuse or say “it won’t happen again”. We pay good money for food but it’s not worth it if it’s not even good or fresh or can’t make the order right.

I am really disappointed with the consistently poor quality and taste food delivered. I like to support local business and thats why i gave them more than enough chance, NEVER EATING FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN. i ordered chicken Korma today and quality and taste was so poor like it was made by 5 year old. This is the best paratha place in Edmonton. All the parathas especially muli parathas are authentic and delicious. Must try Chhole bhature and paneer bhurji.Staff is friendly and helpful.

I ordered Gol gappa from this place for a party. They absolutely do not know what Gol gappa is and only order if you want to disappoint yourself. The Gol gappa here is such that the masala is made out of boiled potatoes and chhole chickpeas, and mint water which is supposed to be minty and spicy is sweet. It was a disappointment to me!

The food was great, had the Chicken Handi and the order was ready on time . They have safety measures in place in the takeout area. We were there Sat. Nov. 21, 2020 around 6: 30 pm but as we were waiting for our 3 Males walked in to their Dine in section past the pick up counter without masks. I did not like this it might impact my decision to go there. I wear a mask to not just protect myself but protect those around me in public places. But there are some people who dont see this as a priority, and one of those males walking in without a mask was a Punjabi Realtor from our community. Too bad I didnt have my phone camera on. Anyways I hope the Management looks into this matter.

I got the food from here. It was really good. I really enjoyed it. I came here very first time and customer service was really good. Harjot at the front helped me a lot with the order. They are having best customer service and the sheets are so cooperative. I would recommend everyone to come here.

This place is nice and clean. There was a bit of lineup when I got here. Food tasted great but they did mess up my order (wrong dish). When I tried to tell them they hangup my phone. Hence I will think twice if and when I go back and obv. Double check my order before I pickup.

I ordered the food from here and what a delicious parathas they have giving sort of deja vu. Their services are good. I would recommend everyone to visit atleast once here.

This is the true experience of home away from home. Best place to get authentic Indian food filled with flavours and variety. The atmosphere of this place is very elegant and cozy. The employees are well trained and, ofcourse, hats off to the chef!A must visit if you wish to try the genuine indian cuisine.

Very very very bad and poor food🤬 .I ordered Hakka noodles but my God , taste was so disgusting😩 . it seemed I was eating just hot black pepper. No taste., nothing. Never ever think about going there again..i had to dump it into the garbage .Very disappointed to waste my money and gas ⛽ 😒

Excellent service with a huge selection. The food was super good and very authentic Indian food. The desserts we had melted in our mouth. Apu and Garima are fantastic hosts and very attentive.

Went to Little India DĺID NOT EAT 80% Of food and left hungry Lack of any taste and was not prepared well and not following proper Covid protocol. People use to go for buffet before which may of been a good deal but after Covid Restaurant has gone downhill totally.Went to New Indian Sweets & Restaurant (PALIKA BAZAAR) which was smaller but after this bad experience and was a 100 times better SERVICE AND QUALITY with Great service and Taste..

An authentic Indian restaurant for sure, food is delicious with very reasonable price. Portion size is very good for the price you pay as well as the quality of chicken is really good.

One of the best Indian food places in Edmonton , their portion sizes are very large. One portion will often be enough for two meals for me. The taste is fantastic, very rich and bold flavours! The workers are very friendly and I have always been greeted with a smile. I must say even five stars are very less for their amazing food!!! :)

When I first tried this place out 2 years ago I was very impressed and it was my favourite place for Indian food! Since then its just gone downhill. In the last few times Ive ordered from here the curries were lukewarm or the fried dishes were soggy. One time I ordered fish pakora and when I got home and opened the package it was vegetable pakora. Also, they dont always have jalebi which is disappointing. Compounding these mistakes and failures has made me realize I wont be wasting my money there anymore.

I usually get Indian sweets (especially milk cake) from them and they are always delicious! It’s a great place to grab some fresh Indian sweets. The front staff is always welcoming and cater to the customer needs immediately. I did feel that yesterday the milk cake was a bit well done though, could have tasted a lot better otherwise. Maintaining the quality standard is something they can work on I would say! Other than that it’s still a good place for Indian sweets!

I placed an order on skip the dishes for 3 orders of mixed sweets and I made a note saying “put them in fancy BOXES(plural)”. I bought these sweets to give to my family for Diwali and when i received my order I got all three orders in one box and when I called the restaurant stating that I needed them in 3 separate boxes they told me that when I placed the order I needed to call them and tell them that I needed them packed all separately even though I specifically said “put them in fancy BOXES”. It was a waste of my money and now I have to go buy sweets from elsewhere in THREE SEPARATE BOXES.

Have ordered her often previously but lately have been getting worse. The customer service at this establishment is not great, definitely needs work. They seem lazy as naan is never cut, just huge pieces of naan that we have to try to disperse between family. The subzi is never consistent, sometimes it is great and other times it is horrible. Tonight we ordered chicken korma which was nothing like what I was expecting! It was bland, with chicken in basically spiced water as the gravy was so watery that it did not look or taste good at all. We opted to not eat it after it was delivered to us for fear of health concerns as we were unsure why it was so watery or if it was even good. When trying to call the restaurant back to let them know we were not happy with the quality, the first time through they answered and didnt even say hello as they were talking to another customer in the background, and when we finally got through to someone they had nothing to say, just silence for our complaint. This is not the way to treat customers and not the way to run a restaurant. We will not recommend and not go back. We dont want to be sick.

I cant say enough good things about the the restaurant. Most recently they prepared the food for my nephew wedding at Enjoy Center. There were more then 400 hundred people and everyone raved about the food as it was prepared incredibly to the perfection. I would highly recommend it to be the best caterer and Indian restaurant in the city. I will definitely use their services in future.

Randomly walked in to this restaurant and ordered lunch takeout. Ordered chicken curry, butter chicken and tandoori chicken, and two samosas. Generous portions and bill came to $35 which was very reasonable for all the food we got and they gave us free naan on the side. Will definitely be going back! 5 stars!

We went in to get takeout, my wife went up to the counter, and the staff (female) would not look at her or address her. Other customers went right in front of her, I counted three, and had no problems with the staff. But when my wife stepped up to the counter to order, no acknowledgment of her even being there. My wife is Japanese, I am white. We’re curious if that had anything to do with it.

Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant. We spent approx $85 and asked them to make mild. They made extra hot instead. Brought the food home to eat with guests and ended up ordering pizza instead.I called and spoke to manager and she did not do anything about it. To top it of the fish pakora were shredded and wayyyyy to oily. We eat at all the Indian restaurants on the south side and this has been the worst. Tried it about a year ago and food tasted like it was a day old.Try another restaurant if you are looking for Indian food. This one will disappoint.
