Authentic Pakistani and Indian food

One of the worst ever indian restaurant I visited overseas. Food quality is average. We had been to here for lunch as well as dinner. Both the meals the rice was smelling bad. Surely a stale rice. Which means the food which is left over is reused and that too without checking its good to eat or not. The staff is extremely non courtius and reaction is very disheartening. I dont know the rules in Kazakhstan but this type of attitude should not be tolerated and this restaurant should be closed.
