Hotel stay is very comfortable and food is superb.staff helping nature. overall satisfactory stay and restaurant facilities are good.

Hotel is good, neat and clean and near Dwarkadhish temple. Food is awesome. staff is very courteous. Only one problem, in this winter season, solar water heater was not working. every time had to ask for hot water bucket.

My lifes worst experience at a hotel!Things are bad in this hotel just because of the hotels manager Ms. Singh.She made our stay pathetic, completely ruined our day. Shouted & misbehaved with us.I visited with my parents, both senior citizens. She insulted & shouted at us at the reception in front of the hotel staff n our driver & when we tried to confront her, she went away in her room without listening to us.Never ever visit this hotel in dwarka, as there is no one to listen.As response from the owner, yes, it was only because we got late for breakfast but we were not informed that well not get anything if the time exceeds. As there is no buffet going on so, they were going to make the breakfast as per our requirements.We were denied food at the restaurant & also told by Ms Singh that the food has been thrown in the bin as we were late. And when we wished to speak to higher authority, she said she is the GM here & we can go do whatever we want but wont give us food(complimentary one).Moreover, there are no COVID protocols being followed in the whole hotel premise. None of the staff members(including the manager) were wearing masks.If there are any superior authorities at the hotel, Id suggest them to look into the matter asap. Otherwise its gonna hamper their image & will get ruined completely.Special mention of Mr. Kishan, one of the super visor, I guess. He tried his best to take good care of us but couldnt do much coz the Ms. Singh.

I booked the hotel through make my trip and pay Rd.3207/- including two meals for 2nd Dec to 3rd Dec.21. there is only one person Ms Neetu Singh, saying that receptionist, Manager and General Manager. She is so aggressive and afffencive. Hotel service is so poor. I never recommend to stay at that hotel.

Hotel per say is good. Located at a good place near Income Tax crossing which is 10 mins walking distance from the temple and gomti river. Room is good, clean and hotel is situated in less noisy area so sleep quality is good. Staff is good but doesnt have much to offer in terms of service (Ill explain that below). But there are couple of disadvantages with this hotel, firstly the hotel doesnt have a restaurant which is problem considering if you are fond of bed tea/coffee. Or likes to eat late or early. No food is available not even tea/coffee. They can arrange from outside but then the hot beverage becomes cold, and cold beverage hot. Also this becomes a problem when you are travelling with young children or infants as rooms are not even have hot water kettle. Bottled water is the only thing that is available. The good thing is that there are three good restaurants available in the vicinity so you can walk to them every time you need.

One of the best hotels to stay in dwarka.Very polite and responsive staff, excellent service, location and amenities.Just 1 think they must improve: There is only warm water available in bathroom even after wasting 2-3 buckets of water not able to get hot water in bathroom during our 3 days stay.Location and staff is great, couple friendly.

Hotel Rajdhani is decent enough, its approx 10 min walk to the Dwarkadhish Temple from hotel. Hotel rooms are ok, equipped with basic facilities. Staff are also generous and supporting.There is restaurant on ground floor of the hotel, however there are so many options for food nearby.Only problem I personally faced during my stay was of warm water. Hotel staff ask me for wasting 8-10 buckets of water and wait for the warm water, which eventually didnt work. This happened on the both morning of my stay.

Bedbugs! Appearance is deceptive! Hotels looks decent enough and is located well. The rooms are good sized with acceptable amenities. Reception and service staff are pleasant too. Unfortunately 2 of our rooms were infested with bed bugs. They offered to change our rooms but on careful inspection, we found Bedbugs in new rooms too forcing us to change the hotel in the middle of the night. The management refunded us after a bit of resistance. Could be a good place if they clean up.

Food was good. Behaviour of thier staf members is excellent.

The De Luxe room is spacious and clean with a large bathroom attached. It has a desk and even a small fridge. Exactly what you need and with perfect service quality. I just extended my stay because this hotel exceeds my expectations. Excellent location close to bus stand, temple, beach and a large number of restaurants with food of any style for every budget.

Very nice hotel , good service ,staff is very cooperative , Dwarkadhish is very colse to hotel , over all stay is excellent.

We booked 2 Rooms through Oyo. Location is good and close to the Dwarka temple. There is also parking space in front of the hotel for 5 6 cars. The hotel and room smell damp as soon as you enter the hotel. There is restaurant at the ground floor. The rooms are big enough and you get a king size bed, a sofa for two and a reading desk. Bathroom has running hot water. What needs improvement is the damp smell, the AC units need a good wipe and Bedsheets need to changed. The complimentary breakfast for lack luster with puri sabzi which was extremely watery and Poha. Only tea was served with no option for coffee. Quiet a few guests were annoyed that they did not have coffee at all. We bought some overpriced glass of milk and added our own coffee to the milk.

One of the best hotels in dwarka, polite and responsive staff, very good amenities and location.They must do something for hot water specially for winter as during our three day stay in January 2020, We only able to get a little warm water in bathroom even after wasting 2-3 buckets no hot water was there in bathroom.

Great for staying in dwarka... U get quality food at ur room by just giving a call though it takes a lot of time but when u finally get it u really want to eat the food.... Some rooms are different but great too at the same time.... The washrooms are absolutely clean and u will be looking forward to use it again and again..... Just one thing is that the washroom curtains (which divide the washroom into toilet and shower room) should be made up of plastic as they get wet every time someone takes a shower.... Those plastic ones would be transparent and so light on the toilet would be able to enter the shower room..... That was a critical issue that there is only light on the toilet side and when the curtains are open light wont enter so its dark.... The tempting food is ordered from sugar and spice which is exact beside the hotel and has a direct connection with the hotel as the entrance of the restaurant is from the hotel reception.... Overall its a awesome experience...

Very good building. Service very bad. Rooms are large but full of dust. Pillows are red spotted with either blood or beetle. TV are not showing any English news channel. Food are not good. Even spoons are dirty. I never seen such wonderful hotel building with mis managed staffs. OYO or other should check property. Such a high price room (Rs5630)/day no body attend properly.But parking available. Driver accommodation available free of charge. Management should take care .

Only 2 kms away from Dwarkadhish temple, free breakfast included which was very good, we had requested for Jain breakfast and staff had immediately served 3 items according to our request. Also we were bit late in time but they had served us bettet.this hotel is very good for couples and family, only negative thing is they give hot water in morning 2 hours only and no clean water in bathroom, they serve sea water which is having low natural mixture of salt, which sometimes lead to itching.overall very good at this price point, helpful staff, new furniture, maintained AC.

I would not say that the hotel is worst but the hotel staff is really really irresponsible. When I reached to hotel room, there is a smell inside the room which was very painful. I asked hotel staff to change my room but they denied to do so even the rooms were available at that time. AC was not working. The bed was very uncomfortable, bedsheet was torn, when I entered in the room, one of their staff tried to hide that bedsheet. really an awful experience at this hotel, unexpected. Please do not book this property at Dwarka.

Although the hotel is nice, rooms are clean and the basic facilities are there, but the housekeeping staff is inadequate to serve all the rooms. If you call them they dont show up before half an hour. There was no hot water in bathrooms. When we came back in the evening, our room was not ready and they just opened the room in the evening for cleaning. The breakfast has very little options and also the delay in serving, however our experience in dinner was better . Overall a good hotel but below average service.

Hotel is just near main market. Service is good though restaurant food is ordinary. Had two days of stay and found same breakfast menu for both days and same heard from the other guests. Staff is good humble and very cooperative including reception. Need to improve the quality of food

It was good hotel,specially the food spice and sugar restaurant enhances its star, room was small but well decorated there is some small issues in the hotel but not to worried about if you get it at a right price which is around Rs 1300-Rs 1400, breakfast was not good, very less variety to chose from.Overall experience was good, star of the hotel is its food, best in whole dwarka.

This is a good hotel and is well maintained. Close to the temple just 5 kins by rickshaw or 10 mins walking. The bed however is spring bed because of which we were not comfortable. Otherwise rest everything was of superior quality

Very good hotel with courteous staff. Its located barely 2 km away from the temple. Only issue was with the mattress they have in every room. They are so fluffy and extra comfortable that you tend to slip and it may cause backache. I strongly recommend the hotel staff to pay attention to it.

Location of the hotel is very close to the temple. Food served in sugar and spice is also very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff need to be a bit more polite and careful. There is termite in one room which can hamper your sleep with its unending irritating tak-tak sound.

Reception ladies has humiliated and didnt provide us the booked room for one hour and although the room rent was booked N paid through OYO and started quarrelled that booking is very reasonable rate so dont provide room and started asking more money for the same booking anyhow oyo has helped us N solved the issue .Room service is very poor they are not providing water and all out for mosquito n many more things which you ask rooms are good but services are very poor in Holycity of Dwarika .
