Waited in line for almost and hour. Only 2 lanes were open and self check out is no cash/card only. I understand the decline in those willing to work but there were several employees around that could have been more helpful. The bathrooms looked like they hadnt been cleaned in over a week, dirty paper towels were pouring out of the trashcans. I dont plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

Just visited it today its busy fast transactions and it made me feel right at home.

People are rude. There are never enough cashiers. They are rarely stocked, even before Covid.

Worst experience with this Walmart and it’s like cooperate don’t even care bc of the location. The ppl that left good reviews must be employed 🤣 It’s funny, bc initially I said let’s go to Brier Creek (a little further but so much better store). Eric in Entertainment dept tried to help by calling someone on the walkie talkie. We waited for over 15 min and no one showed up. We asked several employees that were walking by…most on their phone with their head down, another with a Bluetooth in so he couldn’t hear us, but yet it’s 2 employees at the door conversating. Frustrated, so we ask for a manger at the register. The lady that came to inquire our issue called back on her walkie and stated “so who has the key in automotive bc a customer complaining” how is the manager asking someone else for the key? She wasn’t any help and we never got to purchase the auto wire. Clearly my receipt show we spent money and still was trying to purchase more items that are locked up. Don’t lock items and then customers can’t access them.

I’ve been here a few times now and no matter what day or time of day I go, this store is out of EVERYTHING. Hardly any meat, no bread, eggs, etc. Don’t even try to get any produce. This is the closest Walmart to my house but I will definitely be making a longer trip from here on out to another store in hopes of actually getting some groceries

Very friendly. Not to long a wait. I would rather go to this one than the one in my hometown. Associates actually will help you here at this one.

I ordered online and picked up. Its convenient. Just be sure you know how to complete your order and let them know when you are on your way to pick up. They give you an hour window to pick up, but its really not that long, especially if you have perishables. Just make sure to communicate with the Walmart Pick-up department at your local Walmart.

Worst Walmart Ive visited. Items are consistently out of stock, a lot of the food is only available in family size, and more often than not there are only two registers open in addition to the self checkout. Checkout lines are always extremely long.

This walmart is excellent very polite and was helpful to get me a laptop I was buying as I was checking out the I notice the employee helping a customer put a screen protector on the phone she had . I gained a lot of respect for them .

If I could put no stars I would. I went in looking for an item in a glass case. When I finally found someone the said the couldn’t help me at all. I found someone else and they sent out a pager I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I found another employee and they said I’m on break I can’t help I told them I had been waiting for about 15 minutes now and they sent out another pager. In total I had waited 30 minutes to get an item out of a case and left without it. I will not be returning to this Walmart they don’t seem to be focused on customer service. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait that long and no one seemed to be able to help.

Did an online order for same day pick up. Listen... thanks pandemic, my order was actually ready and the pick up process was decent for this Walmart. I stop coming here when they lost my mattress 🙃.... but this was good... TODAY.

I needed razor blades which are locked away, I had an associate from the pharmacy page someone to assist me. I waited for 15 minutes, had the associate paged someone again and no one showed. If Walmart isnt going to assist ppl in unlocking items then keep them out in the open and let us go back to stealing them since nobody wants to be bothered with unlocking the cabinet.

Good place to make friends.Get in line talk to the person next to you make a new friend,by the time you get past the checkout you are already old friends.Walmart should stop trying to save money by eliminating MANAGEMENT.

I dont like this Walmart because know matter when you go the shelves are bare, its dirty, and unorganized. Clothes are messy and on the floor. You would think that there is a meat shortage because they only have certain cuts of meat. And that is also minimal. And we not going to talk about the bakery because they are know better. Corporate need to do a pop up visit to see for themselves. Dont call just go.

Im here a lot picking up for my job. These employees are super awesome. They make my job easy. Thats why I love when I have to come here.

A lot of shelves are bare, Associates like to say This isnt my department then walk away, What happened to Cross Training to make employees more valuable? Not very many Cash Registers open, Expect you to check yourself out, Like you are employed by them.

This walmart never has ANYTHING you need in stock or it is locked up and NO ONE can find anyone with a key. Came here for baby formula and no one had the key. Save yourself some time and go ANYWHERE but this walmart.

I love that Walmart on Glenn School Rd. Number 3 bus goes out there. Number 10 goes to the other one. Im still learning Durham 😂. I recall a Barnes and Noble over there. Barnes and Noble is totally awesome! So many books 🤗

Lately this Walmart has showed me better customer service than any of the other surrounding Walmarts. Its beyond annoying and extremely uncomfortable and quite creepy that you still have people following customers around, especially when I am a returning paying customer that has spent thousands of dollars multiple occasions and still gets treated like a criminal is disrespectful and has made me look else where for shopping.

The store had what we wanted, but the area is a little sketchy. The are currently enforcing the mask mandate, with a big, sweet encouraging smile!

I really don’t review but you gotta be warned. This Walmart has literally nothing stocked 90% of the time and the store layout is nonsense. It’s not clean at all. Go to target or another Walmart or pretty much anywhere else bc this Walmart most likely doesn’t even have what u came for in stock.

Employees are terrible. Normally one register is open when they have 20 or more. Long lines at check out. Not enough people working. And most of the ones that do work there are extremely unknowledgeable and rude.

Organized a little different from other Walmartsare,but the staff was very nice and helpful.

I went and I was treated differently then the other customers. At first I was told to wear a mask when other white customers were not wearing one. Then on my way out I was asked for a receipt as other customers left the Walmart.

Classic Walmart tale of only having cashiers when the store is empty, only stocking shelves when the store is full and never having enough mobile carts. Pretty typical of the corporation, so I cant blame the store itself.

I really only use the pharmacy, but these people at the Pharmacy are TOP SHELF!!! Always happy with great attitudes and even better customer service.

One of my last visits to the store, there was a power outage for whatever reason and we were rushed out of the store...end of story. I just feel like they could have been nicer about it. They were RUDE af.

This location never has enough cashiers. The store is sometimes organized. Half of the customer service team rock the other half talk to you with no respect and are very rude. If this store needs to stay open in that area you need to rehire folk

This walmart is ghetto there delivery service is trash! The lady actually stole our groceries! I dont know what delivery service they use, but dont use there service. Often times when you do the grocery store pickup they dont get the order right. Youre better off just shopping yourself.

Not enough cashers. Not enough sales people on the floor. The variety of products in some stores are great and in others it is really bad cant find what your looking for and bringing each season in is too early by the time it is changing seasons everything is just about gone especially clothes like young boy shorts. And even if you try another store it is the same. Who can get in the mood to buy a bathing suit when it was in the high 39 to low 40s.

Because I live fairly close to this Walmart in particular, I do frequent it often. However, this is solely due to the convenience factor. I do also want to say before I explain my 1 star rating that I had an extremely friendly and polite associate help me find an item I was there to buy today. Now with all that said and with the exception of the sweet lady this morning, this is by far one of the absolute worst Walmart stores Ive ever been to. Nothing is ever where its supposed to be if they even have it in stock at all. More times than I can count the price tab below the item isnt even for said item. But the kicker for me is the absolute disrespectful and rude attitudes displayed by an overwhelming amount of the employees. Obviously not all of the employees there are rude but more times than not that is what I encounter. There clearly is a morale issue amongst the staff there and I blame management.

This is Wally World. So it is what it is. Shelves have empty spots and full of stretch pants wearing thots.

Good place, dad delivers here as a vendor and theyre really nice early in the mornings as well as making sure to give us room with big stacks of things so overall really nice staff (who we see usually constantly busy btw!) and a pretty nice place to grab just about anything!

I dont shop at this walmart, I only use the money center. I shop at the walmart in Brier Creek. Unfortunately Glenn School Road Walmart is the closet walmart near me. I returned a money order to get a refund the other day, the lady at the money center alerted one of the team leads, I guess to get approval. The team lead refused to refund my money because I didnt have the small receipt circled yellow in the photo. I had the big receipt which has the same and even more info on it than the small receipt. I tried to reason with her, but she became rude and disrespectful. Luckily I found the small receipt which I took back and got my refund. The inconvenience of being sent away after standing in line for 25 minutes when I had a receipt with all the info needed is just insane.

By far the worst Walmart Ive ever shopped at. The store was empty and a trainwreck.

Cassandra at the Jackson Hewitt area is a great person, very helpful! I would definitely recommend coming here to file your taxes. Cassandra also makes sure that she is taking COVID safety measures, so if you come just know you’ll be safe. Overall great person and yes I would definitely recommend coming here!

Alot of the isles are blocked w stock. They need to do a better job of keeping the carts in the store and not in the parking lot. Since covid prices of everything has risen.

Had forgotten an item after checkout. Came back couple hours later and the sweet cashier hand it to me with a kind smile and said you was faster than a rocket leaving that door. This goes to remind me that there are thoughtful and kind folks in this place. Thanks Walmart Glenn Rd. Keep up the good work.

Self check is LOT BETTER. More register are opening And I like that the Greeter are seen entrance and exit.

The store is frequently out of stock of multiple items. The bathroom is dirty more than not. The customer service staff are not very respectful or helpful.

I moved to NC ab 2 yrs ago & have Yet to find a nice Walmart -> theyre all.. theyre Always out of Something.., the floors Always look dirty.., pretty much the whole store looks dirty.., Only a Few lanes open w lines so Long.., for the most part I feel the employees are ok.., but Ive come in contact who act like they wanna be Anywhere else & grumble ab helping

I do postmates deliveries and have to pick up grocery orders from this store sometimes. They don’t answer the phone at all. I wait in the pickup parking spot and and call the number and no one answers, so I call the store number and I still get no answer. The phone will ring, and I’ll be put on hold, and the phone will ring again and just keep ringing. Even after I leave a message and call again, they basically just keep ignoring the phone. This has happened on several occasions, so I’m basically just here sitting waiting until a staff member walks up to my car.

The worst store to shop at last week I waited over 45 minutes for someone to assist me with a in store pick up . No one ever showed up. I had to cancel my order go through the store and pick out my items. Today I had curbside order schedule to be ready between 3 to 4. It is now 6:42 I’ve been waiting since 4 for my items. When calling the number it went from ringing to straight voicemail as if they turned the phone off. When you call the main line an get transferred over to curbside delivery the ladies laughed about my wait time and hung up. This is unacceptable and very ghetto. There is almost 20 plus cars sitting waiting to be assisted and no one has came out since I’ve been sitting here although they “claimed they were walking out” when I called back to cancel my order the girl said okay and hung up. So unprofessional!! Target would never!!

I would definitely consider this Walmart below average. Theyre consistently understaffed causing long lines almost every day and any time of the week which is their biggest downfall. The staff that does work is generally unhelpful which isnt a huge deal being that its Walmart, however, they also are generally unkind and at times downright rude. Im sure theyre overworked and underpaid causing there to be a general feeling of dismay across your entire workforce. I have a feeling this store has a lot higher employee call out rates than the average competitor or even other wal-marts...

I went on Tuesday. All Walmarts have three items i havent been able to find in any other stores in NC (for instance, PLUM JAM!!!) And the prices are often better than Dollar General and Family Dollar. This particular Walmart had the most beautiful turnip greens Ive seen only at the local farmers markets -- but at 1/4 the price.

They really dont get a 1 star. I understand you have to wait some times but i shouldnt be waiting for over an hour for a pickup order after calling inside and speaking to the young lady out. Then when you call inside they dont answer the phone or giving you the run around for another 30 mins. The order pickup teams socks and are very rude. Ill stick to Target.

The pickup and delivery process is beyond useless. After waiting 1.5 hours AFTER THE END OF MY 6-7 pick up slot (so 2.5 hours total), I am notified that my order has been cancelled. I call customer service and have it arrange to be delivered between 8-9 am. 9 am comes and my order doesnt. Finally, around 10:44 I get an email saying my order has been delivered (it hasnt, not to my door anyway). And this is the picture uploaded from the driver showing where my groceries are. not my building, unsure if that is even in my complex, and have no idea what unit they were left at.

Basically your typical Wal-Mart Super Center grocery store or market, garden center, pharmacy, electronic center where phone purchases and plans are available. Staff is usually helpful, courteous but some are just rude and youd smack them but you avoiding crininal charges. I mean MY FAMILY pays you, you get your check from my money that I spend in this store, no me, no job!! They lack customer service and just how to be NICE, and HELPFUL while youre working!!! Another thorn is like most Wal-Marts even with the new self check out the wait to check out is ridiculous, really unnecessary. Why have 25 registers and only 3 open? The wait to check out is beyond ridiculous, EVERY TIME I go in really any Wal-Mart. Opical center, money center/ western union, help deskbl, public estrooms, wheel chair accessible and tons of free parking. But Id really rather go to Target, they are so friendly and if they are a build up of customers, theyll open one, two more registers, just saying
