WORST !! WORST !! WORST !!Had I been given an option to rate in negative, I would have certainly done that. My courier reached here on August 20, 2021 (Friday), so I had waited for it reach me. Then, I checked the portal, it showed In hold insufficient address. I still waited patiently till Tuesday. Then, on Wednesday, I called up in the customer care executive number, the guy named Pritam picked up the call. When I asked him why its showing Address could not be found everyday whereas my contact number is also given, if the address was unable to locate. He said, he doesnt have any details and cant log any compliant. If I have to log any compliant, he asked to me call the next day (Thursday) and it can be logged only when the parcel goes for return. DUDE SERIOUSLY ??!!!!! If I know my parcel gets returned to the sender, why the hell would I wait for it, even after knowing it !!!! He went on with his rudeness that he cant answer my call since other customers are also waiting. Then, I had to rush to the post office since the parcel was very important for me. The guy in the post office contacted the delivery boy and the delivery boy said he called me but I didnt receive the call. Like seriously ? Just then, I took the number and had called the delivery boy, he didnt receive my call. Later, he called me back saying he tried to call me but the call didnt connect. IS NOT RECEIVING THE CALL AND CALL DIDNT CONNECT THE SAME THING ???? After some argument, he said hell deliver the parcel the next day (August 26, 2021) and that if I want he can go ahead to complaint. He was so not bothered. He also said that it showed address could not be located because they had to put some reason when a parcel is not delivered so they had put that. SUCH AUDACITY !!!! How casual he sounded throughout and I am really amazed to find out that a parcel took 1 week to deliver when it was just lying there. And it took me travel costs to the post office and some peace of mind.I can see so many negative reviews on this place, Yet no action ! Is it because they are so reluctant !!Look at the picture attached, this was how the parcel was delivered, mostly torn. DISGUSTING !!

They didnt even call, they send a message that not sufficient address, but address is sufficient and number is also provide

CF141748250AU this is my docket no, i had booked my parcel 28th of july 2021 from Australia look our Indian post office very poor and shameful (Durgapur Steel Town West SO) said address not found but my mobile is on box they didnt call even , but my address is very popular i got so many latter on that address. official phone no is not responding, what to say My Durgapur , which class dont know, please never book your any international post to (Durgapur Steel Town West SO)with we should complain to ministry against this system and the postmaster how irresponsible they are.........

Worst experience with them. No one co-operate with you. They received my parcel but, they dont delivered it yet. They tell they dont get the parcel. But in the Track information show its there. They received it.They also dont respond your call.

Their phone doesnt work. Even without attempt they just mentioned the status as on hold insufficient address. They dont have courtesy to call on the given number. Tries every possible number but couldnt get hold of anyone. God knows what will happen to my parcel.

This is first indian post I came across in my life who dont deliver items to your home..They told me if you dont come here & took your parcel from our office we will take another 7-10 working days to deliver the item.Please stop taking government jobs for granted.

Very bad service, one of my customer not received product however its showing delivered by Jayanta Dutta , Tracking Id EW424339338IN. I have done complain , status is closed but no action has been taken.Called many times in office number ..nobody is picking up.I am in Kolkata dont know how to resolve this.My customer live 45, minutes away from this post office.I am not able to ask her in this covid situation to travel 45 minutes.Plesse look into this urgently

Very pathetic service... No body pick call.. If there is any problem to find address then they can call on the no. Mention on the courier... But they are so lazy that they mention the reason hold the courier due to insufficient address.... Although we mention right address on, courier...
