Khandra College, a co-educational institution imparting higher education, is located at Khandra, Dist. Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal (Lat-23° 06’ 33” N &Long-87° 22’ 05”E). The college was established in 1981 under the leadership of Late Amalendu Bakshi, a local Philanthrope, to cater higher education among the boys and girls of the surrounding area, who were mostly first-generation learners. The effort was soon acknowledged by the Government of West Bengal, and in the year of its inception the University of Burdwan accorded affiliation to the college as a co-educational institution for higher studies.

It i nice college.. Especially if someone who has the potential but didnt get enough marks in their exams. The college focuses on studies and growth of the student no matter how strong or weak they are

Administrations level is terrible. Behavior of principal, non teaching staff,librarian is as good as rickshaw wala.

Teachers are good , but the Behaviour of Principal is worst . Dont know how to talk with students . Never maintain Timing .
