পরিসেবা এতটাই খারাপ কি বলবো ,আমার প্রোডাক্ট টি 3দিন ধরে দুর্গাপুরে এসে গেছে কিন্তু আমার লোকেশন আমার এড্রেস দিতে আসছেনা কিন্তু ওনারা মিথ্যা কথা আপডেটেড দিয়া দেই বলে sucsesful deliverd, আমি সত্যি চিন্তা পরে যাই তাই 2দিন পর ওনাদের অফিস ই গেলাম ,ওনারা খারাপ ব্যাবহার করে তাড়িয়ে দিয়া বলছেন আমাদের কাছে নেই ,আমি অনেক বুজিয়া বলার পর অনেক ক্ষণ পর আমার পার্সেল টা দিলো।আমি সত্যি আসাহত এরকম বাজে পরিসেবা ছি।What can I say about the service is so bad, my product has been in Durgapur for 3 days but my location is not coming to give my address but they give a false update that sucsesful deliverd, I really thought so I went to their office 2 days later, they misused Dia says we dont have it, I gave my parcel after a long time after saying a lot. I am really disappointed with such a bad service.
