Polite staff. Theyll explain the pros and cons of the products nicely. But have limited stock of old and new products. Also, they charge the exact printed rate for any product you buy without any discounts.

It’s my first time experience. Would have expected some discount on products from store side. Apart from this Store executives were cooperative and prompt.

They judge customers by face and dress. If you are well dressed then only they give you priority. They dont give any values to the students. Very bad behaviour. Dont give any answers if you ask some technical questions about the product. Disgusting!!!

Stuff behavior was really bad. They treat all customers as if they came to the store just to see the product not to buy.Sales ppl dont explain feature properly. I find they have a lack of knowledge about products.The guy Name Rahul (may be the store manager) only helps female customer.I had bought my 8th apple product from this store and had a really bad experience.Sales ppl there behave like a government employee..If you are going there then make sure u hv no expectations from thw sales team to explain things to you.Better you do ur homework and juat go and buy the product.I would recommend ppl if you have other option then visiting this place then plz do and avoid this store.Not sure how the store owner allows these much attitude in all the sales ppl.Suggestion to the store owner, better you teach your employee how to behave with customer. I AM PLANNING TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO APPLE.

Poor people they have no experience to short out problem

Staffs are very misleading..Ive asked them if Ipad pro 11 inch 2020 available or not..one of the staffs said yes...Hence my father made a long journey from bolpur to Durgapur..reaching the shop he came to know that no ipad pro is available only ipad air is there....very very disappointing...now Im going for online shopping much more trustworthy.

Being an authorised store of such a big company will always have it perks but being rude to a non store customer shouldnt be something to be proud about.Even if a customer purchases a product from other mediums of sales that doesnt mean that he should be treated differently. you are not a store customer so will not help you these words said by your employee were not only wrong but left a very bad impression.And trying to charge 1600 for teaching someone how to transfer contacts is not only laughable but sad at the same time. Really you guys should learn how to serve customers better.

It is a authorised Apple store. There is a feel good factor about the store. But the salesman is not that well versed with the sales process, I personally had the sour experience only due to one person over there, else they are good. Hope to have a better experience in future (if I visit again).
