Took laptop on rent for 1 month.That Laptop was working in his shop However stopped working as soon as taken home, he replaced laptop twice but same story repeated. Laptop was taken on hire for usage and not for show piece. A nearly dead laptop was given on hire thrice which was of no use, so I had to return that laptop. My two days, petrol and money wasted. He charged me Rs 1,000 for a pre existing defect in laptop which was totally his responsibility.

Wanted to take a rented pc from his place. he doesnt even bothers to inform customers that the work will be delayed. The delievery of machine was delayed by 4 days and finally had to purchase it instead of renting it for personal reasons. I felt as if he has taken lot of work from market beyond his capacity and he is not able to fulfil now. Everytime you call him he says ho jayega and never gives a proper timeline.
