My Asus Laptop was in a very bad condition when I visited last week to Innioative Infowaty. Initailly, it was like fixing some small issues like flexible wite which connect to the on off switch but their team has not only fix that wire but also repairs the motherboard which is extra efforts they have taken. GOOD TRAM WORK AND GOOD HOSPITALITY SHOWN.TOATALLY SAFISTIED.

They provided a very good , reliable , quick service and my laptop was picked and delivered on time at home.

Fraud shop ...... dont tell you what is real problem, instead tells you false issues and tries to get maximum amount of money they can get from you.0% transparency. Asked me for Rs 3000/- for very basic problem with my laptop which just costed me Rs 300/- in another shop.

Owner is a highly unprofessional. Even if engineers accept the mistake owner will argue with you. Service is not only poor but substandard. They will take hell lot of time and will never solve the issue. Even after claiming to have solved the issue your good condition system will have new issues.They ruined my laptop and also charged me. Owner is pathetically argumentative person totally unprofessional.You will waste your money if you go here for repairing.Zero serviceZero stars

I am customer for this shop since past 8 years or more so the product which this shop owner sales are of poor and substandard quality which starts showing problems and yes one more specialty of this shop is the engineers claim the owner is not there in shop but he sits in the shop only and he is least bothered about the customers he never picks up the phone and never calls you back after seeing the missedcalls he is pulling money by dealing the laptops and his share marekt investments so for desktop customers the shop is least interested and least bothered to check what is the issue with PC motherboard these people take more than 3 working days which is shambolic i will say if you are a desktop user dont even try to think about inovativei infoway
