I dont give bad words, but this cr.p made me. Done no work and said 2000 rupees charge. I fought with this cr.p and left with my laptop without paying single penny. Never saw any cheater and liars like this cr.p. I felt like giving him a slap on face. But controlled myself.

Pathetic service last week I gave them my HP laptop as it was was displaying white screen, after diagnosis they said there may be issue with either motherboard or display screen, after 2 days they said they have formatted the hard disk and taken backup of my data, and asked me to change screen again, it didnt felt right so I asked them to give me my laptop back, later I took my laptop to dream machine HP service center where I got to know that my screen was absolutely fine which I saw it myself at their shop, hi tech computers did not even bother to run a proper diagnosis, worst part they did not even formatted hard disk which they claimed to do and charged Rs 1000. Feeling like I was Robbed.

This fraud should make a banner outside his shop that My shop is worst in the world. There is no option for zero star or below otherwise I would have given it.

I would not even give one star to this shop. Very bad customer service. Doesnt even treat the customers with respect. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop. Better go for online purchases where you would get great customer services and after sales replacement guarantee in case of product issues. The router I purchased from this shop was not working as expected. I called within 2 hrs of my purchase however the owner Prakash Panchilkar instead of offering support, routed to service center and disconnected the call right away. I have replaced my laptop keyboard and he assured me a warranty of 3 months. However within 3 months it stopped working. I went back to the shop for replacement and he asked for the bill which he never gave me while purchasing saying that they have marking on the parts so no need to worry.He told me that he will be replacing the keyboard within 10-15 days.After 15 days i visited the shop they informed me that they have no idea about it. And asked me to wait more 7 days.After 9 days I visited giving him more 2 days time.and again same answer.Still patiently I visited again after 7 days and again he had same answer.This is So disturbing and annoying.Now If i am not getting it on my next visit then I will take legal action for sure.And update my review on my further experience.

It was the worst experience that I have ever seen. Firstly, the shop owner was too rude and arrogant. Secondly, he always tells the customer that dont call me, I am too busy. I will contact you when the work is done. But the time never comes. I have seen each review, and this happened to me also. But in my case, the owner denied me to give my laptop within the promised time ( I understand it takes time), but at one moment, the owner told me I DONT KNOW WHERE IS YOUR LAPTOP.Then I increased my voice, he told me dont worry we got your laptop. Then I told him to give me some proper time so that I can come and collect it or I will go to the police station ( because he said i dont know where is your laptop) then he told me sir do whatever you want. Then I went to the police station and explained everything and two officers came with me and then I got my laptop. Meanwhile he was like sir get out of my shop just because I called the police.Please be aware while dealing with this owner and dont forget to ask him for a receipt with the correct serial number of your laptop. ( I asked him but he denied saying that we have a proper shop and we are here from last 30-32years).PS: This was my personal experience with this shop. Now it is your choice. Thanks!

I gave my laptop to Hi-Tech Computers for repairing a single broken hinge in the evening 7:30pm. Second hinge was working fine. The owner had a look and said that he will get it tomorrow morning with 1500rs cost. He also told me that he will make it look brand new.I also told him that I want to give the laptop to my friend at the earliest, as he had some comittments. The owner assured me that it is a small job and wont take much time.I reached there next day evening 7 pm instead of morning, it was still not ready. The owner told me that the fabrication was rebuild and its not yet dried, and asked me to come again at around 9:30 pm.When I called him at 9:30 pm to check if the laptop was ready, he said it will be done tomorrow and shop opens at 11:30. Still, He will come early and give me the laptop at around 10 am. I once again told him that I wanted to give it to my friend on time, and it is getting really late.Due to my job, it was not possible to personally visit the shop again in the morning to collect the laptop. Hence I requested him to deliver the laptop to my home to which he agreed quickly (by saying, No problem we will send someone to your house).When I called him again next day to check the status, he told me that it is still not dried and his man will be delivering it by 12.30 pm.After waiting for a long time, I again called him at around 2pm to check the status. He told me that his man has already left and will be reaching my house any moment.Within 10 minutes, I once again received a call from the owner saying, you will get the laptop, but the cost will be Rs. 2000 instead of Rs. 1500. When I asked him about the reason behind the additional cost, he told me that the 2nd hinge broke while repairing the 1st one, and he had to do additional work on repairing both the hinges instead of one. Hence the cost has increased.When I argued with him about the increase in cost at the last moment and making the changes without even informing me, he got so angry and told me that the laptop will be delivered to my place only if I pay Rs.2000 to his man, or else, he will be removing the 2nd hinge, and I will have to collect my laptop from his shop personally (in whatever condition he gives) after paying him Rs. 1500.It was not possible to give a laptop to my friend in a broken condition. Getting it repaired again from another shop could have caused even more delay and I had already crossed my deadline in waiting for the laptop for 2 days.Hence, after multiple irritating calls from his end, I finally agreed to pay him Rs. 1850 for the job.When I arrived to his shop in the evening, the hinges were not looking up to the mark (Not at all a brand new as promised by him).When this all happened I started looking in Google reviews and realized I made a TERRIBLE MISTAKE by not reading those reviews before handing over laptop to him. Actually feeling happy at least I got the laptop back.I felt betrayed. Treating your customer like this is highly unethical. I will NEVER ever RECOMMEND Hi-Tech Computers to anyone. This shop is not at all trustworthy. I would like to give a Zero (or even -ve) star rating to this shop.

More professional approach needed.No proper response to issue,no value to own commitments and not explaining issue and resolution confirmed by them is not working and again another commitment.Rather if issue is not clear to technician tell upfront to customer so that we can approach another experienced service centre ,thats what a normal customer expect and hope it is not a big expectation.More disappointed because first he said laptop will be done same day and they will tell the resolution and commitment date which is never obeyed .They promise to call but that barely comes. You have to constantly call them and ready for no of commitments that are never met.Finally got call from them that issue resolved take the laptop and when you go to collect next day again the same issue and another round of commitments.If you are ready for this experience then take your own call.

I had purchased HDMI vga convertor from this place....While it was discussed with the owner (Prashant Panchikar) that if the pin does not fit to my laptop he will give some other item against that....Also upon asking for bill he told he will have to pay GST....and confirmed there will be no problem upon exchange....However later upon returning he first told to take 32gb pendrive to which I accepted....and it was not available at his shop...One guy at store told he will get it by next day afternoon.....Which was ok for me but later the owner started yelling.He started that he arranged the material for me in 10 min from other shop and now its of no use to him....Initially he just took it out and gave me when I first went to purchase....Each thing which I asked in replacement was not available at shop....Hell I had paid ₹500.The owner prashant panchikar is a liar person and just running the business with arrogance.Just think before entering the shop....dont know How can such shops with bad reviews are still running ....Even when I was there for replacement there was a fight of other guy with him....The guy had given his desktop which he was told by panchikar that he will take 300 for checking the fault and tell the repair cost...And when the guy came he asked 4000 from him...This is worst and pathetic .....Hitech computers....Your shop may soon shuttered down permanently if this continues.....You are a big zero in the name of humanity prashant panchikar

Poor service. They are arrogant.We are having CCTV AMC with Hi-Tech Computers but since June 2020 he is not sending technician giving multiple reason till December 2020 our CCTV not repaired. Also Mr. Prashant dont know how to speak customer, he just cut our call just like he is super busy and we are free and we only work to call him. He is very arrogant. He should learn how to speak to customer.Please do not give AMC/ Service contract to him, else you will regret.

Absolutely pathetic service with zero or absolutely no customer orientation.Kept my laptop as there was issue of display. They did formatting of laptop which was absolutely not required and despite clear instructions from my end to take back up of my very important data, they carried out formatting which resulted in losing very important business data. Please do not give your PC or laptop for repair or for any other purpose as the owner and his staff are least bothered about your concerns. Also avoid purchasing any laptop or PC as there are other better shops available which provides better post sales service. Also owner is least bothered for customers genuine complaint.

Beware, you will be cheated if you give anything for repair. Gave my Canon printer for repair as it was not picking up paper. They got back in a day saying it cannot be repaired, and claimed they did full cleaning and service. Charge is ₹250/-.When I got it back I saw that they had not even opened the cover of printer. There was dust in paper tray and everywhere else inside.

He laughed off and said when he comes at 7:00 he will inform. Unnecessarily why to create headache now. He also said, anyway now its too late for the desktop owner to take any other actions since its already very late.Just highlights the attitude they have towards serving customers.

It has been 6 days now, am calling that prashant panichkar everyday that when is he giving my laptop back. He always tell me il call you and never calls back. Am calling him every single day. One day i asked him the money, he said 1.5k, the next day he said 3.3k . He even told me you will get your laptop today itself, i even visited his shop to receive my laptop but he said we will deliver you today and then he dont pick up the call. Am so fedup guys. Worst service and charges heavily! I went to get my monitor repaired. He repaired it, the monitor worked fine for few days but after that the same problem occurred again. Moreover he charged much above the existing market rates for his services. Really such a pathetic service provider. Customers beware he even charges hidden costs.

Worst customer service. I had given my office printer just to see what was wrong with it. They went ahead and repaired it without letting me know the cost which was more than what other shops would have charged. They have taken my contact details and gave me assurance that will get laptop back in 1 day, later did not receive a call, later gave me the laptop will more cost than said while taking the laptop saying that the part was very costly. When said that they should have called me before buying the part, not expected this from them.
