Answer Computer has Great service. They have customer friendly approach. The quality of products delivered are excellent. The work is done very professionally. They make sure there is transparency in their work. It is at just 2 minutes walking distance from Dombivli Railway Station (Dombivli East). I had bought a PC and a laptop from Answer Computer and I am very satisfied by their service.

We have been doing Business with Answer since 2012 and we have found quality of service has always improved, with always best recommendations be it Hardware or software upgrades.

Pricing are ok ok, not expensive not cheap.But, main thing is behaviour of every single one working there except IT engineer is so rude, arrogant type. I visited there cause my pc is not giving display. IT guy directly take my components to inspection but guy on counter shout him dont check let them register and pay 300rs. But I dont have money right at that moment so I told them I dont have money so I am not able to pay. Then guy on cash counter started telling me in very long voice. I am really angry but kept my patience. And I take my components and started to get out from store while I am going out he is speaking Paise nahi tabhi bhi aate. What should I say.

I have bought an iball router from this store and its still working great. The pricing was very great and it was under budget. Since it had cheap price but the quality is good.

Worst service.... sold me a defective wireless mouse and didnt give me a replacement for it(just 1 day i had used it) citing some absurd reasons although i was their customer since the past 15 years.... The owner of the shop Mr. Nitin is very manipulative and the head of sales department Mr. Manish is very arrogant... had there been an option for zero stars... i would have opted for that... worst computer shop in dombivli

Not responding to our repeated complaints

One of the popular stores for computer purchase and repairs. They have a great variety of products available at their store at reasonable prices. Their service centre is located just opposite to their shop. Staff and owner are knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is an issue here.

Very reputed computer shop at Ram Nagar. Knowledgeable and devoted owner and staff. Award winner from big computer companies. And has appointed ample service staff. Computers and spares are offered at competitive prices.

Horrible service. Ive been burned twice here. He sells faulty products and then screams at you when you ask for a replacement.The person used to own a shop near Ganapati Mandir. He closed it down because he had started to develop a bad reputation and opened a brand new one here.Would definitely not recommend.

Worst expierence i had with them !Shop owner and his staff is very rude and over-over price . My laptop was having problem with hard drive they told me it will cost rs.13,000 then went to lenovo original store near naturals cream center , they cost me rs.2,000 . Main aim was plz dont believe on fake comments which are giving 4 / 5 star ranking . This is fake publicity and maybe shop owner had planned that !
