One word to describe MANDARIN ORIENTAL DOHA..It was PERFECT.. 5 out of 5 or if there is much higher than 5 it will be that high..Very friendly staff so accomodating..Food was so great..It was perfectly amazed me to have my 2days quarantine in m.o🥰😍🤩

Mandarin Oriental, best hotel ever!From the entrance until reaching your room everything is luxurious, clean and shiny.The room was really spacious and the bed and bathroom as well.With both, shower and bathtub.The staff was very polite and always anticipating the needs of the customers.It has been a wonderful spending quality time at the hotel.Definitely I would love to stay again at Mandarin Oriental, Doha.Thank you so much for making our stay such an unforgettable experience!

My experience I had here was amazing, I was in quarantine for couple of days and I would like to say thank you to Calum for his support and the other staff who who delivered a great service. The food which I had received was good and fresh . I will definitely come back to Mandarin Oriental again

I stayed Mandarin Oriental, Doha. Hospitality and staff politeness is excellent. Ambiance of the rooms were very nice. And facilities inside rooms are very high standards. My overall experience is excellent.

Just wanted to make a comment about Sameer, he was so so kind, welcoming and so hospitable. He works alongside the concierge as a bellboy/doorman but what a personality! We loved our interaction and it’s people like him that enrich our experience!

I always enjoy my stay’s here in Mandarin Oriental Doha . First of all I get welcomed by the kind man “Samer” the valet gentleman, he always have a smile in his face when welcoming the guest to the hotel.I love have lunch at Liang restaurant weekly 😍.And the swimming pool facility is amazing.

A Home Away From HomeI along with my wife stayed here, in this hotel, for 15 days. Before my departure from Delhi, I was much worried and apprehensive about my prolonged stay in Doha, Qatar as I have serious health issues and dietary restrictions.My daughter, living in USA, had selected this hotel for our stay in Doha. Her selection proved precise, and we never felt that we are away from home.Almost all departments were courteous and supportive. The in room dining department was superb. Because of my health conditions and dietary restrictions, I had limited choice of meals. But Chef Mr Rohit Nayar, Chef Mr Ravi perhaps took it as a challenge and didn’t leave any stone unturned to make me comfortable. Mr Rohit, Mr Ravi and team would ask me daily about my choice and would prepare food of my liking and taste. Such courtesy and dedication I never expected before my departure, from Delhi. Ms. Linda was also much concerned about my food requirements and equally was Ms. Inis. I am really extremely thankful all of them.We were truly made to feel like we were at home. Any needs were responded to very quickly and we had all the amenities we needed for a long and stressful stay due COVID-19 conditions including the quarantine period of ten days.And after completion of our quarantine period and for the extended stay of another five days, the room was upgraded. The upgrade also included complimentary breakfast for both of us. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, with ample size and amenities.Mr. Amine from concierge was of good help. He arranged few tours to places of tourist attraction, for us.During the quarantine period, my wife developed eye related problem. The medical team took command of the situation and helped beyond their approach including hospital visit for checkup. Special thanks to nurse Anabal.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha.

Excellent location ( Coffee shops, restaurants around 300 meters, the staff were helpful and so friendly, a amazing breakfast , luxury room and the house keeping was doing great job, over all many thanks and appreciation to the staff and the management at the Mandarin oriental hotel.

It was my first stay at the MO and I am definitely a fan! I have stayed in many beautiful luxurious hotel during my travels but the MO has something special and unique. The personalized service, friendliness and attentiveness to your comfort and wellbeing was consistent and constant through my stay. Highly recommended!

Sameer who works for the conceirge at Mandarin Oriental was so kind. Yesterday, he helped us in valet parking and his pleasing, helpful personality enriched our first impression of the hotel. Kudos to him and his team for doing their job so well. If he is in-charge of your car, you will not have to worry about anything. You can go around doing your tasks. It is important to have an adept concierge service because they are the first people you interact with upon arrival to any hotel. I am glad Mandarin Oriental has people like Sameer taking care of this little but important aspect. The welcome at the reception was also courteous.On a final note, it is a hotel with beautifully done up interiors!

Located in Msherib Downtown. Interior is beautiful and clean. Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful.Afternoon tea presentation was really good. Will definitely return to enjoy their hospitality..They also have a small store selling locally made products.Overall, really enjoyed the experience.Mask: YES. Service is superb. They were so busy with a wedding so ny car was delayed with the Valet. I would tank the valet guy who brought me water and apologized. He was so empathetic that i felt it is ok to wait for 30 mnts..... it is very nice hotel. Nice design

Service like no other !!! Top notch ! Its unparalleled and weve never had any other hotel experience like this before here in Doha or in any other part of the world. All the staff were very professional and they made us feel very special. From the bellboy, to the receptionist (thanks to Fatima and Bilal) , room service attendants, telephone operators, pool attendants and most of all the staff in Mosaic restaurant and even in Izu. Special thanks to Houda who showed us the most Instagrammable spot in the hotel and also to Shankar .The mementos (fan and pens) are very much appreciated.And not to mention the very luxurious feel of all the areas in the property and the extreme tidiness. Ive never seen any other place where the cards are sterilized, room was cleaned in the evening and they put an extra pair of slippers for my child and fresh bottles of water. Just wow. And I was just complementing the pastries on our way out in Mosaic when they offered us take - aways . Unbelievable!!!

Not really satisfied as my family was quarantined for 10 days and they had the same food for 10 days breakfast lunch and dinner.. when I was taking food the guy at the door sounded like he didn’t liked his job or something the way he was talking to me was really strange.

The hotel was very nice with respect to services, location, comfortabelety, facilities and the staff were great.Only one thing to mention regarding the breakfast, not much varieties in the breakfast. Recommended to make it as buffet with food varieties (Traditional food) Some of my kids did not like the breakfast menu

Delicious food in a great location.Weirdly they jammed the 3 tables together in these COVID-19 times, so we got out of there as soon as we could which was a shame as we would have liked to take our time & try dessert. Maybe next time.

This place is located at musbarib. Very friendly staff, 5 star suite, spa therapist is one of the best. The only disadvantage is the valet parking is always busy and crowded due to musharib being crowded 24/7.

Everything was perfect

Though the hotel is not fully operational.. it was a nice experience to have. The Ambar bar is very calm and you can really relax and put all the stress away. Staff are very helpful and the service is outstanding.keep it up guys.
