At almost midnight at Doha Airport, I was very relieved to find they were open and still serving delicious hot Indian food. Even at the end of his shift Rabindra was cheerfully explaining and serving the dishes to the travelers. I strongly recommend the freshly made Plain Dosa along with a cup of hot Indian coffee for the princely sum of QAR 31 (~$8.50). Thank you guys for making the layover comfortable.
Had biryani for lunch and masala tea and samosas for evening snack during layover. What fascinated me was the multi-lingual staff who were working like a well oiled machine. Its the best place in Doha airport to get Indian/ Pakistani food.

Not all establishments work at the food court, those that work accept payment in any currency, but change is given only in Qatari reals. He offered to pay 10 euros without change in one bill and 2 euros in one coin, flatly refused to accept the coin. The service is polite, but the cappuccino had to wait 5 minutes, which is a long time for fast food. If you need to exchange local currency for dollars or euros, this can be done on the floor above near the escalator.
