I have purchased a Crompton Energion HS ceiling fan. After 14 days it stopped working and this fan has 5 years warrenty but no one comming to repair it

Dont buy any crompton product my product got damaged in few days when i contact service center they said the parts is not available and dont know when it will be available it may be take some months to be available by them worst company with worst product .

All electrical metals are superb.
