Its high time vishal mart provide ac to the customers and also train their staffs to be more professional, one male security guard in the exit door makes people really uncomfortable by checking our bought things over and over again Even when he have finished checking and looking at our faces multiple times as if we are criminals. Have been observing him for sometime he always spends more time checking young ladies bought things making them feel uncomfortable

I am south indian, I thought that I can get all kitchen related items here to cook south Indian food. But I didnt got Groceries and dishes here...

They sell almost all the essential commodities ranging from clothes to food to home essentials to toiletries to toys to... the list can go on!The products are fairly cheap but so also is the quality.

Its not as big as other Vishals like in the Cities but its okay as long as you get everything from essential items to just everything you need for existence.

One of the shopping center in Dimapur.. catering to all the needs of general public.. you can find options of garments, food items, household goods at reasonable price...

I wouldnt say that the place is too dirty, but Id suggest that the management employ more cleaning assistants throughout the opening hours.Aside from it, I felt my time spent was worthwhile.

Vishal Market stands tall for quite a while in Dimapur now.It has been decades that Vishal has been running and not surprising that it has a wide range of products with its specific floors dedicated to household stuff, fashion, and all the things youll need, in one roof.Also, to my experience, the products available are to the value of the money and also quite affordable.

Too much additional tax they charge ...better buy from outside

If you are from Dimapur you know how much vishal means to us , here you can buy products at quite good rate but now since they are more focused on selling their owm brand products its detoured from its legacy...

Was Not Happy With The Staff behaviour .... Especially The Sumi Girls Cashers ....Shouting inappropriate words and chewing tobacco right in front of the customer and camera ...Asked for a Carry Bag and she started speaking inappropriate words about me to her fellow staff thinking that i cant understand there dialect ....and this didnt only happen with me , as i was waiting in line to bill the same pattern of uncivilised behaviour happened to other customer also ....Store MANAGER Of Vishal Dimapur Should Look into this and uplift the Moral Behavior of the staff or atleast teach them some basic manners how to behave with a customer

I think Vishal Mega Mart located in Dimapur can afford an Air conditioner service for the customer.

A great avenue indeed....For customer those who visited quite often, my humble suggestion to them is to give your mobile number to earn the loyalty points on every goods you purchase for you will get a huge discount in every item you purchased in near future.... Otherwise,the entry wala will take the benefit....So,please dont be negligent be a smart customer...Second thing that customers are not aware is the fact that even if we buy a small quantity (say like bucket) which in fact is very easy to carry by hand ,they will ask whether we need large extra polythene (Vishal Mart logo trademark),Say No...Why because they extra ~charge that and this in fact is a wrong way of promoting theirs by shifting their burden on customers..So,Dear customers just be vigilant when the offer seems much appealing to your eyes...If possible carry your own shopping basket.

A lot of the stuffs in Vishal are much cheaper than the ones sold in the outside market. Quality is not the best of the best but it can be a little more than what you pay for it. Affordable for all classes of people.

No AC in the mart and trial room not clean . Payment counter attentance very slow which make a very long queue

Who am to write this review below vishal mega mart when its so cheap (Im a cheap $tuff person btw) like the cheapest mall in the whole of dmp I must say you get almost everything from undes to languages. Very very affordable clothing items a tshirt costs only 100₹. Where else will you get these cheap deals.

Most of the time, the air con are off even during peak summer and the cheap quality stuffs are overwhelming some of the good materials we get there. There should be proper mixing of both quality so that every shopper gets what they need in one destination.

Had no AC. Had visited this morning I was billed twice for carry bag the security guard hard identified the error while checking the bill also even thought there was no queue the billing person did not inform me on the free product I was to get. I had to go back to claim it.

Its a mart which houses clothing,footwear,kitchenware and gadgets,and other essential utilities. Price range is at the most reasonable. Quality is just decent for most items so if youre looking for high quality items,I dont recommend this mart. They offer customer loyalty programme which you can redeem at checkout. It can get really congested some days and the customer service is just okay.
