There are lots of hotels in digha but this hotel is very much for tourists who wish to spend their weekend in pleasant atmosphere.This is located at New Digha. Just beside the Newdigha nutsing hone. This hotel is clean. Have its own restaurant too with clean and fresh foods. But lityle high in food price. Attached baths are neat and clean. Room decorated well with TV FAN AC . Mosquitoes are removed by spray or Liquid mat. Then For Old aged persons it may be some difficult to take morning bath at sea for its nearest location is about 1200 m from hotel. But is is close to digha science city, amarabati park sea and stations are at same diatance. Overall the nature and behaviour of the personnel is very good they are friendly and helping.Recommended for Family, Newly married couples and Student Groups.Rate of Hotel is made At our Reach by ******.

Since I was an Goibibo online booking customer I was olmost treated like an Untouchable. Staffs were extremely rude and arrogant in attitude. Almost on all cases I got a cold response from them. I at no given condition will ever recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I have a genuine appeal please dont waste your holiday with such a weird hotel. At first I got a room with transparent window with no curtains which means youll have to bear the Sunlight with no choice the room is badly sunny throughout the day upon SPEAKING with the owner(a lady who never appeared on the Hotel even once) and Goibibo my room was changed. This new room was badly managed and there dangerous naked electricity wires hanging atleast on three places. The room directly opens on the Bed(third grade setup I have clicked photos of it to show). Moreover there was a carpenter throughout the day banging and making noise as he was preparing a new Bed(which means no sleep too at the day time). Overall not worth staying there are far more better hotels there please visit there. Even the beach is pretty much a distance from there atleast a 20mins walking that also from a short cut through a small sandy Jungle passage. Please take your decision your money your choice if you wish to waste.

We stayed at AC deluxe room. Room was so cleaned and comfortable. You will get idea when you see photos. We ordered all foods from their room service. I mean break fast , lunches and dinner. Foods was well cooked and healthy and tastiest. They took at about 20-30 minutes to serve our order. Price is reasonable. Service is like 3 star. Overall I am very satisfied with their accommodation and service.

I spend 3 nights with my friends from June 08,2016 to June 11,2016. Actually i am little bit disappointed with services. Yes ...Room Service was not 24*7....Time 6am to 10:30 pm ....when i checked in Room was not cleaned properly....some maintenance problems was there...There was no room service menu card...when i call, they given me a A4 size xerox photocopy of Room Service Menu Card...which totally ridiculous... one more thing last day housekeeping doesnt come to clean my room. Evening time when i come to reception and said this problem then they send a housekeeper for cleaning!!! Which is really pathetic!!!! Food was good and Staff was really good.Overall our stay was good. Little suggestion - Need to improve service , at least Housekeeping Service ....because room was so dirty. (Housekeeping Please check - Up of Fans, Backside of TV, Under the Bed, Up of the Curtains etc.)Workers need to be professional !

Hotel is good. Location wise also not bad. Rooms are nice. Clean and air friendly. Food quality is nice. But not so much of variety. As we had gone in the Independence day weekend so we had to take their fixed menu items. Anything other than that was not available. Only problem was the room service. It was pathetic. Foods were not served in the room and for a cup of tea have to intimidate 2-3 times, so that it can be delivered in the room. Overall experience is OK but need to improve the quality and standard of room service a lot.

I had stayed there for two days. Hotel room was quite good and spacy. Location is also good, considering the fact u r not a crowd lover. Workers were quite cooperative with the guests & service was good (but only if u asked them something, otherwise they dont do anything in their own) . Now talking about the food, i didnt like the dinner, but then maybe we ordered it past their time.Another important thing that Hotel is around 1.2 Km from New Digha Beach. So it will take u approx. 20 - 25 minutes (walking), not 10 min, which they have mentioned on their site...I have used some coupons from Goibibo, So i think it was quite a good stay for me...

The deluxe rooms are really good, and clean, bed sheets were also clean, a/c was chilled. All though the hotel is bit far away from the beach but you will not regret as there is no hustle bustle like in the beach. Another thing that should be mentioned that the bathroom in our two rooms there was really a bad smell was coming from both the bathrooms, dont no any other rooms have that problem but we faced these situation, but after we complained room service though cleaned and sprayed room freshener in the bathrooms but still the smell didnt reduced very much. It may be due to that there is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. But overall my experience with the hotel was good and satisfactory.

The hotel ambience is very good. The rooms are big, clean and descent. I found the staff member good and loyal. The beach is in walkable distance but a toto ride is more desirable.

Full fledged Beach is almost 1.5- 2km from hotel, but room is fine, yet in which room I was with my family, a little maintenance is required while it was double bed AC family room. 3 days stay and no room cleaning willingly on 2nd day,despite 3 calls on desk, room was cleaned on 3rd day.Food quality was almost fine, yet little costly. However, outside foods are as costly as in the hotel,yet its foods are tasty.One more thing to be mentioned, I was allotted room on 3rd floor, and it was a family room where balcony was so scary and dangerous. One sliding window opens directly in some parts to bottom, no grill in that part. It must me fenced for security measures. It looks so dangerous.One fans blades rotate unusually and touch the roof, and its scary enough whereas stairs above are dirty and filthy just in front of rooms at 3rd floor.Last day, too much noise of some construction above the roof was also there. A well managed businessman must think of all these negative aspects concerned to his Pros and Cons.

This is a good value for money hotel. The first rooms that we got were not upto the mark and didnt even have a geyser but that got rectified once the rooms got changed on out request. Its a bit far from the beach but there are easy connectivity options. The bathrooms were a bit smelly in one room but in the other room it was fine. The corner rooms are slightly dark and additional lights would make them more cheerful. Dont go if you are expecting a view as the hotel is pretty far from the sea. Also the loacale is a bit dusty as a lot of construction is happening nearby. Food is average although the service was ok.

I strongly recommend this Hotel Victoria to all of travellers those who wants comfortable stay at Digha. Very nice Hotel with good cooperative and well behaved staff. Hospitality is very good. value of money.

The hotel is just ok,the restirant here is good,the stuffs are good and well behaved.they have a small parking alongvthe road and behindvthe hotel for their guests cars.the generator set here cannot power the ac when there is a power cut.the rooms are ok for that price.its a bit away fromvthe main digha sea beach but thats ok.they do not accept cards here nor any kindly of electronic transaction os possible..so only cash payments..overall ok hotel with good food

I will give the rating zero.3rd class hotel.amenities are pathetic.room seevice is too much pathetic.we have taken 4 ac rooms group of 10 people most of the ac is not working.food quality is ghatiya.one day we have ordered a fish at the lunch time and ask for extra rice they said rice is fininshed they can not provide us.Its a third class hotel i will suggest not to go to this hotel ever neither i will suggest any one to go.All picture they have given online is fake.rooms are not like what they have shown in the pic.I will suggest not to go to this hotel ever.

Before check in- I called 10 times while no one pick the call. later a lady name Bidisha called me and gave us a fair price.During check in- While we arrived a very sad looking staff let us in. although it was late but customer is a god for hotel ..so no welcoming experince.Room- Good for 5 people as designated .. bed was comfortable. We were served with water bottles.Two soap and few shampoo packet but no towels, Shower was broken and rusted. NO MAINTAINENCE AT ALL. But when i went to ask for plate.. the attendant was sleeping, but thankfully he wake up for me and walked toward the kitchen utility are.. and what i saw was shocking.. so dirty & filth.. God knows how they clean wat hygeine standard they maintain.. the spoons were so dirty and even rusty. Horrible Experience. They never clean the roofs..as u open balcony door all you can see is Condoms, Napkins and all kind of things which you could hv ever imagined to see in ur life, lying on the their own hotel roofs !! why cant you keep your own hotel clean.Checkout- No credit card machine. Seriously. no information when i called. Reception staffs hardly offer any help if they dnt have a service. they charge gst for water which is truely unfair.. 40rs bisleri they added extra 4 rs. tax. SERIOUSLY !!!! No ettiquetes no freindliness, reception is full of flies and so r the staffs..full of inexperince and far away from hospitality.Its a never ever come back experience overall !!! Its not about quantity hotel is about quality.

The location of this hotel is almost 1.2 km from railway station and 1 km from new digha sea beach. This may cause some difficulties. and also they offer moderate quality food, with high prices. Otherwise the manager and the supporting stuffs are very helping and well behaved.

Hello Viewers,It is my review based on 1 day stay with my family @ Hotel Victoria,Digha visited on 18 Jun,20161. Hotel is far from beach. Require to take Auto/Tum-tum to reach there.By walk it takes around 15 min.2. Hotel staff is not cooperative at all. Even if u order food from there menu and ready to pay..but they will simply say sorry we cant provide this item.3. Facilities are very bad..like Gyeser not working, Room not clean,Pillow and Mattresses not hygiene etc.4. Rooms and passages are not clean. Even Kitchen is in very poor hygiene condition.I suggest to pay more ****** bucks but at least u can get Hotel near to New Digha beach where beach & market is at walk-able distance.

From my above ratings you could find out the standard of Victoria Hotel at Digha, my experience is horrible.1. Hotel is too far from sea beach.2. No routine cleaning of rooms, if I asked them then only you will get service, out of 5 days staying there after asking to change the blanket they have change the blanket on 3rd. day.3. As per tariff of the room, not value for money, room they have provided (224 room no) too small.4. Foods we have taken there almost all the days but cost is too high5. Service personals are very very good, I have no complain about service they have provided to us. 6. Hotel administration have no control over some nonsense borders, we were there from 24th Aug to 28th Aug, on 25th & 26th up to 2.00 a. m nearly some nonsense drunk people taken control of the hotel, huge noises, fighting with each other, stereo music system with high volume, and we have asked admin for help but those people have no control over them, sorry to say this type hotel not fit for me and my family.

Very very poor set up, The hotel mgt was not even aware of my booking even though we arrived by car at about 14.30 hrs and had spoken to their office (Bidisha)about my programme a few days back.Neither was there arrangement for car parking & drivers stay Despite my emphasis on essentiality of Lift service it was not available presumably because of managed breakdown( !).Some of the customers staying there gave me this feedback. No staff was present in office counter when we arrived there.Later on a room in 2nd floor was allotted which I had to refuse because of non availability of lift. I was then accomodated in an upcoming adjacent lodge ***** which do not have any infrastructure/manpower to serve customers.I hope you will be cautious in suggesting hotels to customers in future only after verification. The location of Victoria is in a new area far off from beach, without proper drainage system & the area was with stinking smell all the time. This is my worst experience so far !

It was my honeymoon trip.We stayed at Hotel Victoria recently.The worst hotel I have ever seen. (The room service and rooms quality both are very good)Me and my wife both were so scared to stay one night at this hotel. ***We didnt know before that the hotel manager started daily midnight prostitution on his hotel***. So many bar dancers, drunk peoples were out there, shouted whole night, though nobody disturb us as we were locked our room inside. Luckily we survive one night, and on the next morning we decided to check out from there.At the time of check out, the guys at the reception were looking us and passing nasty comments. I hate this types of mother f**k*r hotel managers and employees.Do not book any room for single night at Hotel Victoria.

Hotel in Digha, mid range, they organise group meetings and conferences.

When I going for booking through Gibibo, the standard non ac ,for march 22nd to 24th 2019, price showing 553. Contacted to the hotel , one lady pick up the phone she behaved very horrible as she denied goibibo booking policy because she wanted extra money from us which is 400 more.So is this hotel policy!!!! Why the hotel claim extra money and she totally denied the goibibo policy
