Stayed for 3 days. Only location is, good.. Very near to sea beach.. Rooms and walls are dirty, needs maintenance... Food is average...no sanitization facilities in covid period...

I am an old visitor, stayed 5 times but the last experience is very bad. Room is very unclean than before. Tap and shower of bathroom was not working properly. I could not control AC temperature due to damaged remote. The door of bathroom was not opening fully . Water was running all the time from AC drain pipe. Curtain, table, wardrobe , railing of balcony, doormat all are very dirty, we complained all time for these issue but they are no more concern about these issues. Otherwise location is very good, near to sea beach and station. Food is also very good and tasty.

Good Location, Nice Room, From Beach 100 M

Situated just infront of the beach. With a front facing room you can clearly get the sea view. We got a rear facing room but from the balcony we got the sea view. Price is on a little high end compared to other hotels but you get what you pay for. Service, Room, Ambience, Food, Accessibility and Location everything is excellent. Before checking in we looked for some other hotels but at this price this is the best room that we got. We were a group of four people and got the big room with two beds as you can see in the picture. Overall experience was great and you can definitely go for the hotel if you want a good experience. Parking is available in this hotel.

Hotel so bad. You get 24 hrs dripping water from ac vents. You can run you can hide but you cant escape rainfall here in this hothel. I get Better service in Sai Baba PG.

Where are negative stars? This is the worst hotel with bad rooms and staff. Over priced and extremely rude staff. Its situated far from actual sea beach. There are better hotels in the same line closer to the beach. Never come here!

Awesome hotel.. Staff behavior is too polite. Rooms are big and well cleaned. Bathroom is well cleaned.. This hotel is very much close to sea beach.. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

The behaviour of the staffs are very rude, they don’t know the meaning of hospitality! Utter rubbish, rooms are good but service is the worst, I will never recommend this hotel to anybody in my whole life, you’ll feel like you wasted your money to get such disrespectful behaviour!

Excellent hotel facing the sea with only a block of shops and the beach separating it from the sea. Its new, well maintained, very clean. It has got sea facing rooms. Toilets are very clean and rooms are semi centrally AC. Bed sheets are changed regularly. Staff are very responsive and will clean the rooms after guests return from sea bath

Stayed at hotel BIG BOSS on 2nd 3rd and 4th march 2020.Clean rooms good service and what else can you ask for, staff and hotel management very polite and responsive.I have visited other tourist spots in India but I have an obsession for DIGHA.And its worthy to mention that the trip would have been meaningless without the companionship of my childhood friend AZHAR.

Hotel is new but cost per day is so high and out side food is not allowed which is very bad for any report hotel.

3/2/2020I stayed at Hotel Big boss, new digha on 1st and 2nd feb 2020.The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food at Hotel is good. Staff is cooperative and nice.

Very Good HotelFirstly i have to say the hotel is damm neat and clean the staff is very helpful and charming.always at your service. second the price is negotiable if you opt for multiple rooms trust me it is worth it the view from the balcony is terrific the sea can be seen and heard form the balcony.You also have access to the roof. lastly the food. the kitchen is worth the price it has multiple cuisines and they are very tastyMy personal fav is the hakka noodles and chili chickenSo book this hotel itll be great for a stay!

Classy place to stay in, balcony place, full sea facing, no need to go outside to roam into open air

Current condition is awesome, its very near to the beach ..like other near by hotels. I had to take my Pet so this was the only one which allowed to welcome my fairy friend. Costs 5000 for double bedded bedroom and 2200 for single bedroom.Actually we were 2 families and we stayed there for 2 days, booked one month earlier and due to it was Durga Puja time costs were high, now its 1000-1500 less for each room , u can check. Also they accept UPI payments. Rooms are very near and clean. Room service also very quick. U can take food from Big boss itself ,bot not so much costly(outside food is not allowed). They provide enough quantity and Excellent quality food.
