They have a very limited selection and very poor customer service.

Went here with an open mind and no budget. Staff are rude and dismissive. Did not want to show me any options. Unfortunately this was one of the first shops I went to and it killed my mood totally. The amount of stress weddings are you would think they would be a little more cheerful for customers paying the odd few grand potentially for wedding dresses.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Me and my sis needed to get dresses for a wedding and it was such good service the dresses were really niceIm really shocked to see it being 1 star because you guys deserve 5 stars

Avoid altogether, bad customer service, ruined the bridal outfit when asked to alter, then refused to refund money, instead tried to overcharge for another dress. Immoral attitude, complete cowboys. Never be humble and pay upfront!
