One of the worst experiences ever. This shop owner, it seems is living in an alternate dimension of 2001 where he would indulge in illegal practice and people would not notice it.We planned to buy and AC.We specifically asked the total amount to pe paid including everything. Everything being the critical word. No mention of abc xyx hgtfhdhd charges.We purchased An LG AC from this shop today and paid all by Card..He asked for 1000 as Installation charges for the same which we paid. Now, after installation, he said 1000 was for Swipe charges.FYI : Its illegal as per RBI and CCI.The Swipe charges were not part of the invoice.This is also illegal.I would request everyone to avoid this dubious shop.I would be initiating a case in Consumer forum and request you to pitch in if you faced similar situation.This dubious practice needs to stop.
