Goyal Galaxy Guest House Dhampur is a very bad hotel. Siddharth Goyal, who is the owner of this hotel, is very rude. Talks abusively after taking the room. Do not put the bag on the bed, the bedsheet will get spoiled and will be charge Rs 400. If you go out, leave the room key at the reception, otherwise it will be lost and its charge will be Rs 300. Going to the room and disturb. He says dont smoke cigarettes in the room. This morning I checked out at 10:36 am. Took double charge from me, says check out time was 10:30 am. I recommend not to stay in this hotel.

For stay, that is the peaceful place but meals are not as tasty as known of city halwai.

Very nice place for accommodation and food inside restaurants is also very lovable and staff is also very friendly.only bathroom needs a exhaust fan thats it otherwise everything is very cool .....

Located near Subhash Chowk & main bus terminal at Dhampur. Good as location is concerned. The rooms are without intercom & call bell. This could be very dangerous in case of emergency. Theres no lift in the premises. Only ground floor rooms can be used in case of aged & specially disabled. For room service one has to use his/her own mobile. Room rent is quite higher side compared to services. Restaurant food prices are too high even cross Delhi normal prices. Staff not professional just local boys. Cleaning & maintenance of rooms are just opposite. Corridors are shining. They are not bothered to change the bedsheet even you request. It looks the management/ Manager are not well qualified to maintain the hotel although they are having one.

When you visit western UP, you dont really get a decent hotel service. I switched a number of hotels and finally landed here. Contrary the outward appearance and my expectations, the place turned out to be a complete delight. The rooms are clean and well maintained with a great steward service. To top it all, the owner is always around to attend to any complaints the guests have. A very decent and courteous man. The food is great especially the chilly mushroom. The maggi too is served in a great authentic masala taste. Definitely staying here on any future trips.

Yes, it was a very good hotel ,food was very good at their restaurant and room services as well.

A home away from home is what we were looking for when we entered Dhampur. Goyal Galaxy Guest House was the perfect place meeting all expectation I had for the night stay.It is good recommend to people who want to opt for stay in Dhampur. Food service too was quite delightful though it took a bit of time (30 minute) to reach. Looks like a new home I have found for all my stays crossing Dhampur.

Best thing about this hotel is location which is almost perfect.Few minutes walking distance from the Market and very close to many interesting places in Centre of town. Staff are friendly and ready to help with different tips.Special thanks to google who took us on great city tour.
