The service center in Dhampur is just pathetic. There is engg. there named Gaurav who would just deny to devices under warranty and for any fault would say warranty is not applicable.

They are doing fraud. They are not registered our mobile online for services and there is no record on samsung service portal

They repaired my product within 2 days without any charges as my product was in warranty period. Overall, a good service experience👍👍

Very very expensive, they would charge you double or triple higher than the market price. Unprofessional service staff. They treat customers as nothing. They would make you waiting unnecessarily and would talk to you in impolite manner. Disappointed after a visit.
