MK Electronics is probably the largest electronics store for home appliances where more than 100 major branded items are available. The more popular items include refrigerator, air conditioner, television, water purifier, electric fan, exhaust fan, burner, oven etc. It has huge collection of various items of leading brands like Toshiba, Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Samsung etc. However, it does not have any dealership of any branded products. It procures the stuff from various sources including direct imports. Therefore, it is always a luck to get a good stuff. I was lucky to get one. No complaints. Though it gives a nominal limited warranty of one year, yet that is not adequate for valuable goods. Many of the sales staffs are not well groomed. They behaved very mechanically. I wish the store management brings more professionalism in its operation.

Good place for electronic stuff and home appliance

I bought a garment steamer from them. The store is big, collection is huge. Customer service is above average before buying. The problem is after sales service. That is, the streamer became not working in a few days. Then I called them they told me to send there. I sent there. I called them several times in 15 days. Then they delivered it. I checked when I got this. It was just fixed with glue not anything else. They didnt change the damaged cap. Though they gave me 1 year service warranty. I told them several times to change the cap. But they delivered it just fixing with glue. After a few days it again got damaged. I never sent it there because I know they will fix with glue. They wont change it. Thus it is true their collection is good but after sales service is very bad. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND them.

This is my first time with MK.Very bad after sale service as i m still suffering today since May 2020 when they first sent ther technician who started to service my kitchen hood brought from gulshan branch. Tomorrow 5th july they will sent their technician 4th times to solve it. My kithchen and room is smoked while cooking. Disgusting. Think again to purchase from MK.

Mk electronics products is very well from others company. I visited mk electronics showroom, its have lot of items electronics goods. Like western country electronics showroom. I am so happy. Then i purchase a Hitachi refrigerator. I knew they are customer given to after sales service very quickly.

A group of fraud. The air conditioner we bought from this shop didnt work and they took 1 month but stil couldnt fix it even the technician came 3 times. Now they took the parts away without giving any voucher or receipt and they just disappear.I came to this shop and they said they will reply me within 1 hour but nobody reply me till now.A very bad experience.DO NOT BE CHEATED HERE.

I have never seen such rubbish and fraud company in my life.I brought a Sharp Air Conditioner from M K Electronics Kalabagan Outlet. Three days after installation the coiling system become stop .Several times I called them for servicing. It took almost 20 days they came to home for servicing. Till now they couldnt fix the problem. Please never waste your valuable time and money by go there ...

This place is rubbish. I went to buy a room heater this winter. They took about an hour to tell that the I wanted was out of stock. They told to take the piece on display which I declined politely. Upon realising that the sale is not happening the manager started becoming very rude and told me that I was wasting his time.While all this happening another obscure but known customer came in and was asking the manager to forge the make and model for 10+ reconditioned air conditioner to be sold as brand new to a corporate client.Bottom line: under the veil of rubbish salesmanship, unprofessional managers and nonexistent customer service MK Electronics is a fraudulent retailer doing shady deals in Bangladesh.

Horrible behaviour from the salesperson. They have terrible manners. My experience in buying in from this place has been the worst. I’ll not make the same mistake again, I’d rather buy secondhand garbage then go back to this shop. I strongly suggest anyone ever thinking of buying anything from here to never go to this place. The people working there have no clue about what they are selling nor do they care about what the customer wants.

I bought a Toshiba refrigerator from MK Electronics in Jan 2017. Ive had numerous problems with it. MK has been slow in responding and has not honored its 1 year warranty. Despite sending out technicians, MK has not been able to fix the problem. I cannot state highly enough - DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM MK ELECTRONICS. You will be wasting your money. I regret buying the refrigerator from MK and will never buy from them again.

MK Electronics is gives misleading information about the product to sell it to his customers. They have sold me Simfer 5 burner gas oven with the information that it is a mother company of Seamens and it is very good product. After receiving the oven i tried to bake fish but aftet an hour i found no heat at all in the oven and gill is not working . I called them and they send a technician. He said nausel needs to be changed fot that he has open the full oven and its door. My question is it is not a used product i bought it yesterday then why would you work and fix it for me? They have no answer i told them to change it and give me Seimens oven but they are very much reluctant for the change.I checked in net and found its reviews are very negative.I will take them to the court for selling the product by misrepresentation. I am a lawyer.

Price is too high , they are only a importer , and they charging price above the Authorized dealer price . Last 27 th july 2017 I purchased a Sharp Microwave ( R-75MT (S) from their Uttara outlate . Square electronics ( who r the authorized importer of shap brand products in BD ) price of this Microwave is 13400 taka , but MK electronics charged 16000 taka for this same product from me .,And they give me only 1 year service warranties not any kind of Parts Warrenties . But Square electronics give 1 year parts and service warrenties .,MK electronics is not a punctual Shop ..Sorry for spelling and grammatical mistakes.
