Nice car interior beautiful decoration but cheap plastic material used and spacial note showroom executive and sales manager behavior not good with customers they all of are have to improve their presentation and attention I am very sad

Location is quite easy to fond. Small showroom but they have all the new cars. The sgent was very welcoming and well behaved.

Collection is really good. But the store could be bigger. Haval is going to rock in motor industry sector in future.

Not so customer friendly. Staffs are non professional.

Its very nice place for purchasing the car as well as servicing in the heart of dhaka city.

Salespersons are not such customer oriented.

Their service is pretty satisfactory. The staffs are friendly and cooperative and of course, their skill is at a professional level. For several times I have been to this showroom and my personal experience is good. They sell some expensive cars and they also repair that.

I called their sales team twice but no one picked the phone at first. Later one sales executive received my phone and informed me that she is busy right now. Very poor customer service and absolutely the sales team are not well trained.

They never had cars in their showroom. Mostly they had one H-2 model in their showroom. It is quiet impossible to physically see the before buying.And the staff very much stupid and comedian at the same time. I asked one to start the car, his reply sir dont start the car. how funny????I replied why? Is there any problem, he said, no car is ok, but we dont have mechanic right now!!! ... Wht???!!!!!At the end, i wish they will change their there policies and train up their staffs, atleast those are gonna deal customers!!!Customer service is vital part of Business, they must look aftet it.
