Lets talk about their customer intimacy, i would rate it 5 out of 5. After servicing my CB trigger, i had to take my motorcycle again 2 times due to issues. Finally they found out it was issue with octane. They did not charge me for later servicing, they did not show any disgust on my showing up for issues multiple time, they were cordial, professional a group of young mechanics and customer managers. I shall recommend this workshop for any Honda motorcycle related issues.

Their behaviour is not upto the mark & they are not cooperative. Showroom space is small & entrance way is very narrow due to metrorail construction .But most important is their behaviour is disrespectful & not professional....

Sometimes some models are not available which is disappointing for the customers. I hope next time Karim motors should keep in mind this issue.

Not have enough space for service. For waiting there is no space at all. Not enough technician for service. I have found only 1 technician, whos expertise is also average. Rest all technician are amateur.

Karim Motors is a Bike seller shop. They are selling all types of major branded bike. Beside they have also servicing center and also selling all type of bike accessories, lubricant oil, Hale mate etc. The behavior of sales man good and polite.

Honda original dealer point for motorcycle. Sunday is closed.Due to corona it closes early. Too busy. So, when you come here, keep enough time in your hand.

This is the worst and most cheating service point of BHL. today (13 Dec) i went to them for a service suggestion. the chief mechanic checked my bike in a wrong manner, he use to make a burn out to check my clutch performance and reported my clutch has totally wasted, but this is the 6th month from purchase date.
