The behaviour of the stuffs was really appreciated. Ive seen their stuffs to behave cordially with each and every clients which really made me feel good. Although it was a long waiting time but it didnt felt that bad.

I had a query which could be solved over phone. But they do not do phone calls so I had to go to the office. Out of 5-7 counters, there are only 3 people working. Waiting queue gets longer. Waiting room has less capacity than the people waiting so we have to stand for a long time. Mobile network (Airtel) didnt work inside the waiting room. Had to go to other side to get network. After waiting for 4 hours I got my answer which could be easily answered over phone. These things need to be updated. Disappointed because peoples time matters. I wasted 4 hours there leaving my many other works undone. They need to consider these things.

The staffs are really friendly and cooperative. But the service is really slow. Only two counters were open. I had to wait one hour Just to pay for a booking.

I usually use Emirates to visit Bangladesh and Believe it is best option.

Nice clean office, AC and light is very jumpy. Takes too long, staff need help with more clarks, almost 50 minutes with one customer and only 2 staff member are surviving its too much for them. Mr Faysal helped me with my ticket, extremely wonderful and caring person and other staff was also very nice and caring. They just need extra support. God bless them.

There were at least 50 people waiting in queue and only two counters out of eleven were active. I left when I realized I would have to wait there for 3+ hours.

South african flight started from 1st September. i have up down ticket - south Africa to Bangladesh & its from Emirates. but when i go to emirates office, they didnt conferm my ticket.Emirates office said,they cant conferm our ticket. bcs airlines didnt permission to sale ticket to us

They offer great customer support and their online site is first class. I personally found the option to book the ticket online (where you get to select your own seat(s) by getting a 360 degree view wearing a VR).On the hind side, the amount of luggage they allow you to carry (without any extra payment) is laughably low. Especially for their premium rates. For example, on the flight from Dhaka to Germany, you are allow 30 kg of check-in luggage and 7 kg of hand luggage. Over that, the plane for Dhaka to Dubai is not even that great, so the premium they charge is quite unjustified. Basically they offer no additional benefits for the hell lot of extra money that the customer have to pay.PS. If someone is planning to travel abroad to study for the first time (by virtue of which might have a ton of stuff to carry), they should definitely consider other options.

Wondering, no updates or change showing at map, as most of the people follow this address through map and end here with nothing.However, the new address is South Breeze Square - 7/8 floor, next to North End cafe and just opposite to Rangs building, Gulshan, Dhaka.1212

Big office at Gulshan 1..the only problem is they have only got 1 in dhaka... The real benefit is you can buy your ticket here at website price.. Which you cannot do from a travel agent... Also if you buy through credit card then it will charge on bdt part.. So exactly the same amount in website.. No usd purchase which means no conversion... Because converting from credit card takes a lot of money and with conversion it takes away a lot..

Emirates foods are awesome! Most of the routes service is very good. Unfortunately sometimes I have experienced bad behaviour at Dubai on Dubai to Dhaka boarding stuffs. Mostly those were their Indian Employees. Philippines and Arab stuffes were good. Someone should monitor their behaviour, many people are being harassed occasionally.

Emirates invested billions of dollars in the worlds most advanced planes like the A380, but forgot to give proper lessons to the cabin crew regarding gentle behaviour and basic manners. Throughout a 13 hr long journey to Canada from Dubai in Economy, I witnessed seriously, seriously rude behaviour from the cabin crew. They were racist beyond imagination, and skipped offering refreshments to the brown and only offered the white people. They yelled at many customers for complaining even. Never flying Emirates again for sure.

In Bangladesh everyday 2 flights arrive one in the morning 09:30am and one in the evening 05:30pm. Staff are well behaved and polite. They have bus service from Dhaka to Chattogram and Sylhet.
