I traveled with Kuwaiti Airways in 2008 first time. There service was extremely worst and I decided not to travel with Kuwait airways any more. Unfortunately I had to travel will Kuwait Airways again yesterday. There service standard declined horribly. My suitcase is missing. I went to complain but the tried to avoid me. In my suitcase there are some frozen food for my baby which will rot soon. Until today Kuwaiti Airways couldnt inform me anything about my suitcase. I traveled from London to Dhaka. I will always advice people not to travel by Kuwait Airways.

Came in here on a Saturday. One lady was working really hard trying to solve all the issues. However with 1 agent and even 4 customers it almost took 45 min. However there were two staff (older gentleman and a younger guy) was supposed to be at the counter but decided to take a 45-50 min prayer break while not helping several stranded passengers who had either missed a flight or really needed to fly back to their respective jobs. If these two gentlemen could be helping a lot of the issues would have been resolved.

Good luck flying with Kuwait. First off, they will harass you in the Kuwait airport saying all kind of vague rules (like you cant carry solid items in carry on bags, they will open your bag and take off everything even if they dont find anything through security check) , then their flights are often delayed. Cabin crews/ the captain dont even update the passengers about the delay. So you will end up sitting in the plane on the runway for hour. Never flying with them again..

If you dont wanna be humiliated, dont fly Kuwait Airways. I booked a flight from Dhaka to Istanbul as I obtained Turkish E visa using my Estonian National D visa as supporting document. Im carrying a Bangladeshi passport. I booked another flight from Istanbul to riga after the arrival date of Istanbul from dhaka. They didnt let me board saying I dont have a schengen visa. How can the Estonian national D visa not be a schengen visa? Those stuffs dont even have any idea of global traveling. So, not recommend at all.

It was delayed from Munich without any reason four hours and I missed my connecting flight!! Again, it was delayed from Dhaka two hours and I missed my connecting flight to Munich! Its just a horrible airlines. Never again
